My server is empty! Can you merge my server with another one or bring new players to mine?

At the moment, we are currently discussing the possibility of either merging older servers with one another or adding new players into older servers instead of newer ones. Nothing has been decided yet as there are a lot of questions and cases that must be considered before we pursue either of these options. We understand that having an active server is an important part of any multi-player game, so I can assure you that we are working on a solution for this issue.

How does Lucky Chances work?

Every time you play Lucky Chances, you have the chance to win a variety of different items– everything from a 1 Minute Speed Up to a more expensive Don’s Blessing. However, you do have a higher chance of winning some items more than others. For example, that 1 Minute Speed Up is more likely to drop than the Don’s Blessing. The cards that appear at the beginning of the game do not have any impact on which items are chosen for you.

How do I report a cheater?

If you feel that someone is using a hack or an exploit and is cheating in The Godfather: Five Families, please refrain from making a forum thread about this (as it would be blacklisting) and instead please refer to this thread for further guidance.

Why is my Cash production negative?

Your overall Cash production takes into account the Cash you are producing from various Neighborhood buildings (Hideouts, Apartments, Rackets) and battles (PvP and PvE) as well as how much Cash is needed to maintain your Units (Upkeep). If your Upkeep is more than your production, your overall Cash total will be 0. When your Cash reaches 0, your Units will not desert your Estate, however, you will be unable to construct any buildings or train additional Units until you earn more Cash.

What do I do if I’ve won a prize from an event and I never received it?

If you have won a prize in an event and did not get your prize, please send a ticket into Customer Support with the name of the event you won and they will help you out from there. Please allow a couple days to let them respond.

I defeated a Cityscape but still did not get credit for the “Muscling In” job… what’s wrong?

When attempting to complete any job that requires you to take over a certain level Cityscape, please make sure that you have a Cityscape slot open in your File Folder. If you are currently at Cityscape capacity, you can either abandon a Cityscape you already own or upgrade your Mansion to unlock additional Cityscape slots.

I’ve heard t
hat Hideouts reduce the training time for Units. Is this true?

Yep, Hideouts do reduce the training time of all Units. The size of this bonus is dependent on the total level of ALL Hideouts in your Neighborhood. The higher the level of your Hideouts, the bigger the training bonus will be.

Can I send Resources to my friends?

At the moment, unfortunately not. This is a feature that we are looking into possibly implementing into the game in the future. However, you can send Units to help out your Crew members by stationing them in the Guest House.

I’ve been hitting Gangs forever and have yet to get Greenwich Deed/Armory Item! Why is that?

The Greenwich Village Deed and high level Armory Items do have a chance of dropping from higher level Gangs, however, these are very rare items. I can assure you that they do drop, however, it is a small chance.
