  1. Why Can’t I Restore __________?

You can’t restore any Ruin until you get a quest that specifically directs you to restore a ruin. Quests that ask you to find a ruin, or place something near a ruin, will not allow you to restore it.

  • Where is the Throne/Portal? I Found the Throne/Portal but the Quest isn’t Completed?The throne is part way up the left side of the mine. It’s labelled “Mole King Ruins” and matches the picture in the quest. The Portal is to the right.

    Once you’ve found it if the quest doesn’t complete try zooming in and out a few times. If that doesn’t work reload the game and try again. This usually resolves the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  • Why Can’t I Place my Vitalin TorchOnly building supplies, and things that are used to give you powers are found under “Special” in your stash/backpack/toolbag – Torch Staffs are a building supply.

    Things that can be “placed” are never found under “special”. The Vitalin Torch is a decoration and will be found under “decorations”.

  • I Didn’t Get any of The Portal Quest? I Didn’t get a New Quest after I Finished “Electric Boogaloo”The next quest in this chain requires Mike from your fair. If you have an active quest from Mike (ie “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie”) then Mike won’t give you another quest until that quest is done.
  • I Can’t Place My Portal TunersOnly building supplies, and things that are used to give you powers are found under “Special” in your stash/backpack/toolbag – Portal Tuner Staffs are a building supply.

    Things that can be “placed” are never found under “special”. The Portal Tuner is a decoration and will be found under “decorations”.

  • I Didn’t Get the Quests to Restore the Library? I Didn’t Get any Quests after “MineGate MG-1”? After I restored the Portal Luka didn’t show up?After you restore the Portal you have to Activate it. You *should* get the quest “Through the Looking Glass” that tells you to reactivate the Portal, but some users report this quest didn’t show up. Click the Portal to find out what supplies you need to reactivate it.

    Once you’ve Restored the Portal a mole named Luka will show up, talk to Luka to continue the quests.

  • I Can’t Get the Supplies for the Portal!

  • (Resolved) Jeffery Won’t Stop Talking about The Tomes!Poor Jeffery is all confused (or maybe he’s just greedy!) In any case he isn’t blocking any mine quests. If you’ve done his mother’s day quest already he isn’t blocking any fair quests either.

    They hope they’ve fixed this problem so no new cases of it will crop up, but they haven’t managed fix him for anyone that already has a confused Jeffrey wandering around:

  • I Can’t Restore the Ore Refiner or MoletronThese quests have not yet been added to the game
  • I Can’t Restore the Library/My Last Quest Was Electric BugalooThe next quest requires Mike, from your fair. If you already have an active quest that involves Mike he won’t give you any more quests. One example is “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie”
  • I Can’t Restore the Throne/I Didn’t Get a Quest after “Life from the Stone”/I Didn’t Get a Quest after “Collecting for Kane”You need Kane, a visitor on the fair level, for the next quest. If Kane has already given you one quest he may not give you the next quest in the ruin chain until you have finished his current quest. (ie the quest “Clobbering Time”)
  • I Can’t Restore the Portal/I Didn’t Get a Quest after “The Found One”You need Jeffery, a visitor on the fair level, for the next quest. If Jeffery has already given you one quest he may not give you the next quest in the ruin chain until you have finished his current quest. (ie any of his inventor quests, Jeffery’s Secret Crystal Project, etc)

     

  • I Can’t Restore the Library/I Didn’t Get a Quest after “Right Under Their Nose” You need Jeffery, a visitor on the fair level, for the next quest. If Jeffery has already given you one quest he may not give you the next quest in the ruin chain until you have finished his current quest. (ie any of his inventor quests, Jeffery’s Secret Crystal Project, etc)
  • “The Power From Above” completed without receiving the TomeThere seems to be a problem having Jeffery’s workshop quests and this quest at the same time. If you are sure the third Tome is not in your inventory after completed “The Power From Above” and the third tome isn’t hiding in your inventory under materials then send in a bug report and customer service will give you one.

    After allowing the game to finish loading click the “report/contact this app” link located under the game area when you are in the play tab. Add notifications-support@lolapps.zendesk.com to your e-mail’s address book to prevent the reply from being lost in your spam folder.
