Just some ideas that I have.

Anguish

What’s interesting about this card idea is that it makes your opponent Lose life. This is a mechanic that appears in Magic the Gathering where it is not “Damage” but simply an effect that reduces the life of the enemy hero. This means that things like Armor or cards like Ice Block will not be able to prevent a loss if the hero’s life goes below zero because of this card.
