What is a Guild called in TSW? –Cabal
Can we team up with people of other factions? –Yes, for PvE
Can a Cabal (guild) have members from multiple factions? –No, not at launch at least.
How will the format of in-game names be? –Not descided
What does “ARG” mean? –Puzzle
Will there be an ingame browser? –Yes
What kind of targeting system will the game have? –A mix of target(tab), cone (shotgun) and AOE reticle (grenade)
Will there be player housing at launch? –No

What are the Tokens we got from solving a puzzle for? Has Funcom forgotten about them? –Not forgotten, use is still secret

Q: What are the computer requirements to be able to run the game?
A: “If you can run Age of Conan you can run this game”
A: “8800 and a dualcore that is the min[imum] spec[ifications] for the game to be running on relatively low settings. 2 Gb of ram is the baseline as well. That is what we consider to be a 5 year old technology”

Q: Can TSW run on a mac?
A: Yes, via Boot Camp
Q: Will TSW be out for Xbox 360?
A: No, it was once considered to be launched both on PC and Xbox 360, but it is only launching on PC.
A singleplayer xbox 360 game is still under consideration though.
Q: Does TSW require EA’s Origin to run?
A: “No, this is very unlikely. We have our own system and are not contractually obligated nor bound to Origin.”
Q: How much will it cost?
A: “traditional paid subscription model combined with micro-transactions through an in-game store.”
15$/€ is the monthly cost for Funcom’s other MMOs, so it is assumed by many to be the same (120$/€ for a year).

A: “convenience item and character customization items such as clothing” / “no character power”
Q: What is a Guild called in TSW?
A: Cabal /k?’bæl/
Short form: qbl /qibbel/
Q: Can a Cabal (guild) have members from multiple factions?
A: Not at launch, but it is considered as a feature to be put in later.
Martin Bruusgaard(Snow): “All I can say is that it won’t be in for launch, and if you want to be 100% sure to be in the same cabal as your buddies, you should roll the same Secret Society.”
Q: How will the format of in-game names be?
A: Not decided yet
Q: What does “ARG” mean?
A: Alternate Reality Game, but in TSW puzzles to be solved using real life historical events/persons/knowledge/occult/google/wikipedia
Q: Will there be an ingame browser?
A: Yes, Awesomium
Q: What kind of targeting system will the game have?
A: It is a mix: Some of it is target/tab based, though it also contains a reticle feature for AOEs and shotguns firing in a cone in front of you.
Q: Will there be player housing at launch?
A: No, but they are likely to be added later
Q: Will you be able to have mounts or vehicles at launch?
A: No, “The player will not be able to use *personal* vehicles” “We have a challenge with a game set in a contemporary setting. Riding a dragon is really cool, and in our game there is definitely potential for dragons – but do we want players to ride dragons through London? That would be a little harder to explain!
So we have a challenge in terms of believability. We really want to be believable; we want people to buy into our setting.”

A: Teleport/Gate network called Agartha, “It is simply a doorway to where you need to go”
Q: What are the Tokens we got from solving a puzzle for? Has Funcom forgotten about them?
A: “hold on to it a little longer, you might be needing it in the near future”
So no, they have not revealed what it does/gives, but yes they are aware of it.
Can you play without choosing/joining a faction? –No
