NOTE #3: Regarding Phantom
* Phantom is actually not some sort of summon.
* It is a buff/counter that appear under your hp/mp bar, along with other buffs icon.
* The phantom counter will expire after 60sec (credits to perfecti for testing it)
* Max of 10 phantom counters

=== ALCHEMIST ===

1. Cocktail
Requirement: lv15
CD: 35sec.
Fuse the available phantoms. Consume phantoms to give additional effect. The buff effect will be applied to your party members. Minimum 2 phantom required. Consume 2 phantoms: Str, Agi, Int increase 10%; Consume 4 phantoms: Healing amount of skills increase by 10%; Consume 6 phantoms: cooldown reduced by  5%. Buff duration: 30sec.
Note:
* At lv8, the effect is 17% Str,agi,int increase, 24% healing amount increase, 11.4% cooldown increase.
* The effects at each stage is cumulative. For example, if 6 phantoms are spent, the buff will consist of all the 3 effects (not just the last one)
* Buff effect doesn’t stack, which means even if you cast 2 x cocktail under time acceleration, only the buff duration is refreshed

2. Magma Punch
Requirement: lv15
CD: 9sec
Fire Elemental
Mag 217.5%+131
Has chance to induce burn status on target. If [Normal attack] is pressed after this skill, [Ice Fist] will be activated. Obtain 1 phantom after using this skill.
Note:
* burn damage 10% of last hit x 2
* decent superamor break & skill damage growth
* at lv12, 241.2%+1441
* weakness: melee range

3. Injector
Requirement: lv15
CD:13sec
Light elemental
274.7%+116
Transform Kabala into a Syringe and charge towards the enemy. The charging can be stopped by pressing [Normal Attack]. After hitting a target, 2% of the damage will be converted to heal your own HP.  Obtain 1 phantom after using this skill.
Note:
* weak superarmor while casting, get cancelled easily
* at lv12, 285.1%+1232, 2% leech (constant)
* has a slight suction effect.

4. Summon Slime
Requirement: Lv17
CD: 40sec (reduces with increasing level)
Summon Slime. Base Mag attack 257.3%+105 (the damage of shooting the slime out)
The slime will obtain various skills according to the number of phantom consume while summoning it. 2 phantoms: Normal attack –  Mag attack 100% and Flame attack – Mag attack 140%; 4 phantoms : Ice attack – Mag att 180%;  6 phantoms: Poison Attack – Mag. attack 200%.
Maximum 2 slimes on the field. Each last for 60sec.
Note:
* Mag attack of slime is 100% of the summoner’s m.attack. Hp unknown.
* actual flame attack is 224.5% (no burn)
* actual ice attack is 240% (high chance to freeze)
* actual poison attack is 314% (can induce poison; per tick dmg is 60% of last hit x 6)
* although the slime move slowly, it has high attack frequency (about 3~5sec). if there are 2 slimes on field, you will find a consistent layer of ice on the boss (if you spent 4 phantoms to summon it)
* slime dps is very high.

5. Ice punch

Ice elemental

Summon Ice Fist and attack the frontal enemy. During [Evasion] process, it can be casted by pressing [Normal attack]. If [Normal attack] is press again, it will trigger [Lava Punch]. Obtain 1 phantom after using this skill.
note:
* this skill can’t induce freeze status
* at lv9, 195%+1502

6. Poison Charging
Requirement: lv19
CD: 9sec
Dark elemental

Leap to the air and spread poison gas to the surrounding. During [Evasion]process, it can be cast by pressing [Special Attack].  [Evasion] can be chained immediately after this skill while in air, ignoring its cooldown.  Obtain 1 phantom after using this skill.
note:
* At lv 8, 208.5%+819
* Poison damage per tick = 50% of last hit x 8 (imba!!).
* very high skill damage growth, due to the extremely high poison damage.
* this skil has invincible frame. Evasion can be chained immediately after this skill, ignoring its cooldown. evade ->poison charging -> evade (cd not complete)->evade (cd complete). Imba!
* has suction effect to gather mobs.

7. Icing Mass
Requirement: lv20
CD:15sec
Ice elemental
240.3%+125
Spread ice shards to the surrounding, reducing targets moving speed and 15% ice elemental resist. Duration 8sec. Obtain 1 phantom after using this skill.
Note:
* At lv11, 249.5%+1111
* short cd, large aoe
* the ice mist stays on the field for 3sec, will deal damage continuously.

8. Disease
Requirement: Lv21
CD: 12sec
Dark elemental
221.6%+132
Throw a flask with contagious virus. The target will induce poison status on the surrounding party members. Obtain 1 phantom after using this skill.
Note:
* At lv10, 228.8%+977
* Poison damage per tick = 10% of last hit x 8
* the poison status can spread (similar to the poison ogre in explosive dry leaves forest)

9. Ice Palm
Requirement:22
CD: 28sec
77.7%+44 per hit
Summon a giant Ice Palm. Ice palm can move and attack surroding enemy.  Last for 13sec (PVP 7.5s). Obtain 1 phantom after using this skill.
note:
* At lv10, 80.8%+333.
* the ice palm is invincible
* the damage shown is per hit damage. The palm will attack 8x, so the skill coefficient is 8.
* max 1 on field.
* attack speed can be boosted with acro’s spirit boost.

10. Sacrifice
Requirement: Lv23
CD: 90sec
Sacrifice slimes and heal surrounding party members. Heal a total of 4.5% +1260 of HP over time. 2 sec per tick. Last for 60sec. Can only be used in battle.
Note:
* At lv5, 7.5%HP+9450
* Even if there are 2 slimes on the field, the Hp recovery buffs from both slimes will NOT stack, but only refresh the duration.
* Recovery amount can be boosted with cocktail buff (4 phantoms)
* AOE centred around the slime, not as large as damage transition though.

11. Magma Wall
Requirement: Lv27
CD:28sec
Fire elemental
228.2%+226
Summon 9 magma pillars, blocking enemy and deal damage to the surrounding targets. Obtain 1 phantom after using this skill.
Note:
* At lv8, 236.7%+1260
* the damage shown is PER pillar. The damage coefficient is 9x ! can easily hit boss with 3-5 of them. Good dps skill.
* high superarmor break.
* might block your party members, use with caution.

12. Poison Break
Requirement: Lv32
CD: 21sec
Dark elemental

Ignites the poison status on targets. Consume 3 phantoms to increase damage by 35%. Consume 5 phantoms to increase dmg by 70%
Note:
* At lv7, 411%+5681
* short cd, very high damage, especially if boosted with phantoms.
* weakness: small AOE, can only deal damage on targets with poison status.

13.Magma Wave
Requirement: Lv32
CD: 32sec
Fire elemental
334.9%+328
Summon magma wave to deal damage to surroundings targets. The AOE and damage increases with the number of phantoms consumed. Consume 3 phantoms, increase AOE by 2.5m  and damage by 25%. Consume 6 phantoms, increase AOE by 3m and damage by 50%.
Note:
* Burn damage per tick is 5% of last hit x 4
* At lv7, 350.1%+1597
* high supearmor break, fast casting, large AOE.

14. Mixed Infection
Requirement: LV28
CD: 28sec
Dark elemental

Throw a huge poison ball and poison target. Poison status last for 10sec. Obtain 1 phantom after using this skill.
Note :
* At lv8, 412.4%+2880
* Poison damage per tick =10% of last hit * 4
* Large AOE and damage.
15.Sleep
Requirement: Lv35
CD: 28sec (pvp 44sec)

When being attacked, press [Normal attack], release gas that will cause surrouding enemies to fall asleep and evade backwards. Sleep status last for 8sec (pvp 2.5sec). Can be triggered also by pressing [Normal Attack] after using Injection.
Note:
* Lv4: 84.7%+869, cd 27.2sec (pvp 43sec)

16. Icicle Explosion
Requirement: Lv40
CD: 125sec
Ice elemental
1518.5%
Summon an ice pond to attack enemies. Reduce attack/movement speed of target by 50%, duration 10sec. The AOE and damage varies according to the number of phantoms consumed. Consume 3 phantoms, increase AOE to 4m and damage by 20%. Consume 6 phantoms, increase AOE to 5m and damage by 40%.
Note
* burn damage per tick = 20% of last hit  x4 (this is the only ice skill with burn damage =.=)
* fast casting.
* slow effect applies to nest bosses (??)

17.Poison Pool
Requirement: Lv40
CD: 125sec
Dark elemental

Summon a poison pit to attack and poison enemies. Consume 3 phantoms to increase dmg by 40%. Consume 5 phantoms to increase dmg by 80%.
Note:
*Damage over time, per tick = 33% of last hit (total 5 ticks)
*Large aoe, high damage
*Weakness: longer casting time as compared to icicle explosion

18. C2H5OH
Requirement: Lv45
CD: 22sec
Fire elemental

Throw a flask with alchohol at enemies. If targets are hit, all elemental elemental resist of the targets reduces by 5%. There is a 30% chance that the target’s attack is negated. Duration 15sec.
Note:
* At lv2, 119.7%+202, elemental resist reduce 7%, target confusion 33% chance to trigger.

19. Magma Punch EX
Requirement: LV47
Enhance the AOE and damage of magma punch by 30%

20. Ice Beam
Requirement: Lv50
Water elemental
CD: 43sec

Shoot a strong ice beam in the frontal direction. Has a certain chance to freeze the target. Obtain 1 phantom after using this skill.
Note
* high freeze rate
* freeze status can stack with slime’s ice attack and other elemental lord’s freeze skill

21. Love Virus
Requirement: Lv45

Dark elemental

Inject virus which will cause confusion into enemy. Confused enemy will be able to inflict damage on friendly targets and unable to deal damage to you. Increase mag dmg received by10% (lv2 = 13% ). Last for 6sec.

22. Injector EX
Requirement : Lv47
Enhance AOE, increase damage by 20%, increase healing amount by 1%HP. Heal surrounding party member by 5% of the alchemist’s mag attack.

23. Heal Shower
Requirement: Lv50
CD: 60sec
100%+3757
Heal allies. The amount varies with number of phantoms.  Each phantom gives additional 15% more mag % of the skills. Consume all phantoms.
note:
* this skill is bugged at the moment, no phantom is consumed and the healing is weak

=== AlCHEMIST ====

Passive
1. Eureka
Requirement: Lv25
Increase own Int according to the number of phantoms. Each phantom increases 1% int; reduce 1.5% dmg received and 1.5% mag dmg received.

2. Alchemy Phantom Strengthen  – Element
Requirement: Lv35
CD: 0sec
When using fire and ice skills, 100% chance to obtain an additional phantom.

3. Alchemy Phantom Strengthen  – Element
Requirement: Lv35

When using poison and healing skills, 100% chance to obtain an additional phantom.

Additional Info on Bishop final boss battle:
Bishop golem is a special boss, certain skills can’t hit from front or back.
Can hit from Front + Back: Icing mass, Disease, poison charging, magma wave
Can hit from Back only:  Magma punch, Ice punch, Ice beam, Poison Break
Can hit from Front + Back but not full damage: Magma Wall
Can hit from Front only: Injector
Cannot hit from Front + Back: Ice palm, Slime, Mixed Infection, Icicle Explosion
Cah hit from Front (50%) + Back (100%): Poison Pool

Recent interview with DN JP revealed some interesting info:

* Alchemist will be released in Spring 2012
* Darklair stages will be increased from the current 36 stages to 50 stages.

Academic is able to change into Engineer only in current update.

In future update, another branch will be available: Alchemist

Not much is known about Alchemist, except that the weapon used is a Kabala or Bubble Gun (already available in current update) and her skills are magical-based.

Skill effect/description

Due to the chaotic nature of the client text file, still unsure which skill description refer to which skill name, but these text on the effects are indeed extracted from the client (according to duowan).

Please use your own imagination and logic to link the two…I attempt to link them with my own judgement.

=======Alchemist skills [ OLD INFO ] =============

1.Cocktail
Fuse the available phantoms. The effect differs according to the number of phantoms available. The buff effect will be applied to your party members. Minimum 2 phantom required. Consume 2 phantoms: Str, Agi, Int increase x%; Consume 4 phantoms: Phy and Mag damage received is reduced by Y%; Consume 6 phantoms: cooldown reduced by Z%.

Note: alot of alchemist skills revolves around phantoms. Refer to skill #12 and #19. I believe it is a type of counter (similar to block counter of Guardian).

2. Sneak
When being attacked, press [Normal attack], release gas that will cause surrouding enemies to fall asleep and evade backwards. Mag attack X%+Y, cooldown Z seconds.

3. Phantom Strengthen
Phantom strengthen, increase own Int according to the number of phantoms. Mag att X% + Y , cooldown Z seconds.

4. Sacrifice your own Magical Grass to release a buff that will continuously heal surrounding party members.

5. Summon Magical Grass
Summon Magical Grass. The magical grass will obtain various skills according to the number of phantom consume while summoning it. Direct Attack – Mag attack X%+Y, Magical Grass Pierce – Mag attack 100%; Flame Attack – Mag attack 140%; Ice attack – Mag att 180%; Poison Attack – Mag. attack 200%.

6. Snow Storm
Throw an explosive ice cube, reducing moving speed and ice resist. Ice elemental. Mag att X%+Y

7. Summon Ice Fist and attack the frontal enemy. Has a certain chance to freeze targets. During [Evasion] process, it can be casted by pressing [Normal attack]. If [Normal attack] is press again, it will trigger [Lava Pierce]. Mag attack X%+Y

8. Summon a giant Ice Palm. Without moving, Ice palm can perform a chop attack on surroding enemy. Mag att. X%+Y. Duration Z seconds.

9. Lava Pierce
Summon a Lava Fist and attack the frontal enemy. Has a certain chance to burn targets. If [Normal attack] is pressed after this skill, [Ice Pierce] will be activated. Mag attack X%+Y.

10. Lava Wall
Summon N number of Lava Pillar in front, blocking enemies’ attack. Also deal damage to surrouding enemies. Mag attack X%+Y

11. Lava Wave
Infuse energy into the ground, and induce continuous explosion on the ground. Mag atatck X%+Y

12. Alchemy Phantom Strengthen  – Element
When using fire and ice skills, there is X% chance to obtain an additional phantom.

13. Icicle Release
Infuse mana into the ground, cause red crystal to appear from the ground. Freeze enemy and deal high damage. The crystal will explode and burn enemy. Mag attack %.

14. Charged Poison Gas
Release poison gas in air. During the [Evasion] process, press [Special atatck] button to activate this skills. Mag att X%+Y

15. Injection
Transform Kabala into a Syringe and charge towards the enemy. After hitting a target, a certain percentage of the damage will be converted to heal your own HP. Mag att X%+Y

16. Critical Poison Gas
Strengthen target’s poison effect and trigger explosion. Dark elemental. Mag att X%+Y

17. Mixed Contagion
Throw a flask with contagious virus. The target will induce poison status on the surrounding party members. Dark elemental. Mag att X%+Y.

18. Throw a giant water droplet in a parabolic manner. The target will be poisoned, reduce attack and slowed. Dark elemental. Mag att X%+Y

19. Alchemy Phantom Strengthen  – Medication
When using Poison and Recover related skills, there is a X% to obtain an additional phantom.

20. Poison Grass
Create a massive poison gas cloud in front and attack enemy. Target will be infected with disease. Consume all phantom to cast. The attack and poison ability will be strengthen with higher amount of phantoms consumed. Dark elemental. Mag att X%+Y

=======Adapt skills  =============

21.  C2H5OH (alchohol)
Throw a flask with alchohol. The target will be drunk, has a certain chance to attack in the wrong direction, or a certain chance to fall asleep. Dark elemental. Mag att X%+Y.

22. Lava Pierce EX
Strengthen Lava Pierce skill and increase the area. Increase damage by X%.

23. Ice Beam
Shoot a strong ice beam in the frontal direction. Has a certain chance to freeze the target. Dark elemental. Mag att X%+Y.

=======Physician skills =============

24. Love Virus
Inject virus which will cause confusion into enemy. Confused enemy will not be able to inflict any damage / effect on any targets. Dark elemental. Mag att X%+Y. Duration Z sec.

25. Injection EX
Strengthen Injection skills and increase the AOE. Increase damage by X% and Hp recovery amount by Y%.

26. Healing Wave
Immediately revive surrounding party members. Consume all phantoms to activate. Recover HP according to the number of phantoms consumed. Mag att X%+Y +Z% of HP. Each phantom give additional N% of HP recovery.

Other information that can be found in the latest client and likely to be included in future update:

1. Duo-Ability Crest
Apparently, there will be crest which grants 2 skills enhancement abilities instead of 1.
for example:
* ability 1: increase healing amount by x% ; ability 2: when using this skill, there is Y % of chance that the cooldown will reset.
* ability 1: increase skill mag. damage by x%; ability 2: reduce mp consumption by Y%
* ability 1: increase skill phy. damage by x%; ability 2: reduce the cooldown by Y%
* ability 1: increase healing amount by x%; ability 2: reduce the cooldown by Y%.

Translator’s note: it is still unknown how to obtain these duo ability crest. My guess is, the 2nd opt will appear at random chance, when you craft the crest, just like the current stats enhancement crest.

2. Boss Skill Evasion Equips (updated in DN KR)
There are items which grants ability to evade boss attack with a certain chance.
* Source of Dusk: X% chance to evade Manticore Lord’s attack (rolling attack, gravity ascension, air gravity ball)
* Source of Dawn: X% chance to evade Apocalypse attack (Lost, Laser, Pentagram), Y% chance to evade Eletric Ogre’s Kiss of Death.
* Source of Rainstorm: X% chance to evade Poison Mist of Monta, Y% chance to evade Ignition of Lava Golem, Z% chance to evade Sea Dragon’s Breath, Ice Prison, and Tail Swipe.
* Source of Forest: X% chance to evade Green Golem’s Mushroom Explosion, Y% chance to evade Punisher’s Stomp, and Z% chance to evade Ancient Swamp Golem’s Poison Breath and Earthquake.

Translator’s note: it has been recently mentioned by the developer during an interview in Taiwan that these items can be equipped to one of the slot in your equips (bottom right most corner)
