Marvel Contest of Champions Ultron Drones Guide by Sbarrtacus
Here is a small guide on the abilities of the ultron drones based on their class. Just to be clear, I have never encountered a drone that used its L3 special, so I will not be including those in here. Also, all drones have bleed and poison immunity.
Note: This guide does not include awakened abilities.
Mystic: These drones have the L1 and L2 of Iron man, meaning that neither can be dodged. They also have a chance to stun, but it is a small one. The different thing about these drones is that they constantly gain power, which means that your attacks don’t contribute to their power gain.
Science: These drones have the L1 and L2 of vision, meaning that both can be dodged, though the L1 is significantly harder. Unlike vision, these drones do not have power burn.
Mutant: These drones have the L1 and L2 of electro, meaning that you can dodge the L1 if you are good, but the L2 can’t be dodged. They are also semi-immune to armor break, meaning that when their armor is broken, they have a chance to repair is.
Cosmic: These drones have the L1 and L2 of what I assume magneto will have. The L2 can be dodged. For the L1, if you dodge the first part of the attack, and then attack the drone before the second part, it will cancel the special. They also have armor as one of their abilities.
Skill: These drones have the L1 and L2 of cyclops, meaning that you can only dodge the first 3 hits of the L3. They also have a chance to make your champion bleed; however, if you are hit (without blocking) by the L1 or the last part of the L2, it will stop the bleeding.
Tech: These drones have the L1 and L2 of black panther, meaning that you can dodge both of them. A hit from these specials also brings a high chance of a pretty big power burn.
Most of this is what I have noted while fighting them, but there is a chance that some of it isn’t exactly correct. Also, the tech class guide was mostly from memory, so I may have left out some of the lesser special abilities. This guide does not include the awakened abilities because I do not remember all of them. I hope this is helpful.
EDIT: I will try and add some of the signature abilities as I find them.
Mystic: Prevents positive effects from being applied to you or the drone.
Science: Small chance to evade attacks. This includes when the drone is blocking.
Tech: Decreases the effectiveness of regeneration.
Cosmic: Constantly applied a small amount of damage. It also decreases the effectiveness of regen, but not as much as tech.
