I love Southern American food – for its comfort food and its big portions.
The Beast never failed to deliver on these aspects during my two separate visits. Although their place was understaffed, however, their service was friendly.
On my first visit, I tried the Chicken with Waffles, Cornbread and Sweet Potato Fries.
The size of the waffle and chicken thigh is bigger than my head! The cornbread was extremely good with the maple syrup sauce. The sweet potato fries were crispy even after a few hours.
I was already dying to come back because I missed the food. Plus, the brunch menu intrigued me even more.
On my second visit, I tried the mac and cheese burger. This concept is really supersize me. Burger buns were not the usual bread but instead they made from grilled mac and cheese. If you’re on the diet, stay away.
I would want to come back to try the biscuits and gravy. YUMS.Other Food Reviews Articles
