Throughout the game you will have to make choices during video segments that can have a huge impact on the progress of the game. The following is a guide on the best choices to make in each of these cutscenes. Spoiler Alert.
First Party
Definitely go for the party, you get improve your relationship with the team and also meet some girls.
Training Tackle
Choose to go easy on your captain (Danny Deans). You don’t want to hurt your teammate just before a match. Get a little scolding from your coach, just take it like a man.
Injury Secret, Nurse’s Room
Protect your captain and help him keep his secret. You will earn his trust.
Practical Joke (Billy Laidlaw)
Roll with it. You will go to the party with both sleeves torn off in a makeshift sleeveless suit, getting cheers from your friends, getting the attention of a hot girl (Oh turns out her name is Vanessa).
Choosing your agent
Choose Deans Agent (Frank), you will still go to parties don’t worry about it. The next day Jug, one of your teammates will send you a message telling you that he signed with Laidlaw’s agent and that he’s not that good.
Beer with Danny Deans
Of course! Why not? (mm ok it used up 10 energy and I had a hangover during training the next day which ended terribly. But your relationship with Deans improves so there.)
The Hack

A Word of Advice
Tell the nurse Darcy the truth. Be honest about your injuries. You want to get it treated right? Plus this option will also impress the manager and get you some nice praises from him.
Meet Natalia
So you meet this super model who wants to hook up with you and at the same time your girl (Kelly) calls. Choose to call your girl back cause that’s just the right thing to do.
Bluffing
Do Not lend Laidlaw the money cause he’s just gonna blow it all and you ain’t gonna get any of it back. (Your other friend wasn’t bluffing, he had a royal flush while Laidlaw had nothing.)
Text message from unknown
It’s that star manager guy (Joaquin Franks) who was on tv. Let’s just accept his invitation for now and see what he has to say. (Oops I think that was the wrong choice. Should’ve rejected his invitation I guess. My bad.)

I had a call from the agent of Laidlaw, but not (yet) from the agent of Deans….Do I have to wait and play another match to receive a call from dean's agent or do I have to go to Laidlaw's agent?

it's ok to stay home instead of partying, nothing will happen.
if you don't choose roll with it for the sleeve incident then you will get angry and try to hit laidlaw.
if you want to be with kelly then just reject natalia, the girls you meet while partying don't affect your relationships.

When Do I Get The Nike Contract?
i've finally obtained my nike contract. I've been gift with a new pair of boots Nike T90 Laser, which are awesome!! i think that doing this u can unblock a new story line. I'll tell u more soon!!
if u go to poker, there's no problem with manager, it's just for fun. The only big thing is: u'll loose against Teddy Sheringham lol!!!

i think they stopped giving out those shoes unfortunately. the game updated to a new version and things are different now, i lost all my stuff lol.

yes the story will progress, the penthouse is just for fun. as for the training, if you're stuck on one of them then it means its time to train up the other stats before coming back to try it again. hope that helps! =)
Okay mate, does the story progress even though I don't go to the penthouse with Laidlaw? Oh and I need tips on Shooting Training Tier 8, the goals seem impossible to hit! Even with Blitzens, I can't even go pass half the passing score!

Natalia well, she will stay and celebrate with you if you manage to become a star but if your team fails to make it to the top 4 at the end of season 1 she will leave you =

I got the free boots from Nike with Laidlaw's agent. FYI, if you tell Laidlaw about Deans' injury, a couple of weeks later Deans nearly kills you lol.
uhmm…yea..you chose laidlaw`s agent..but did he get you free pair of kicks? in my first season i chose laidlaw`s agent and didn`t get me the contract even if i scored those goals. in my 2nd season i chose deano`s agent and immediatly got me the nike contract
CHose Laidlaws agent and he's the man. Got a Nike deal Very quickly. Ofcourse was baggin in the goals lol. He got u off on the night out just like Laidlaw and he's much more down to Earth and younger. Deans Agent is Rubbish! My brother chose him and he's rubbish lol.
lol yeah he's a funny guy but it really pays off when you get the Nike sponsorship through him. Nike will then give you a free pair of really good sneakers of your choice which gives you +4 stats in 3 areas and also a better shin guard which gives you +2 tackle. Maybe someone who chose Laidlaw's agent can tell us more about the grass on the other side =]
Hey man. Havent progressed that far yet But mate i Chose Deans Agent frank and Hes Rubbish! U got busted on a night out and Laidlaw got let off cause of his agents magic and u suffered. Deans Agent (Frank) then makes u pay for the cab ride and then Is "pestering" Nike in the Cab with u and says Thanks for ur phone. Never have any credit on mine. Yeh Top agent! lol
