I will make the guide the most clear and easy to understand as i can:

-This game does have HP and MP Regen.

-Into online games we can find 2 types of HP and MP Regen: “Ticked” and “Timed”.

-Ticked Regen is “Regen/s”, Timed regen is “Regen/Fixed Time”.

-Ticked mean “XX ammount every single second”.

-Fixed Time mean “XX Ammount every XX Seconds passed”.

-Eligium use a “30 Seconds Timed Regen”. On easy words: every 30s, you will recover HP and MP. This work in BOTH situation, In combat and Out of combat.

-HP Regen is directly linked with your VITALITY or CONSITUTION (many games use CON, that mean CONSITUTION as HP basic stat, here in Eligium we have VIT, that mean VITALITY).

-MP Regen is directly linked with your INTELLECT.

-The more VIT and INT you have, the more ammount you will recover EVERY 30s.

Obviously Tips: Don’t rely on HP and MP regen, be sure to have enough potions with a good healing power.
