Digimon Masters Online DATS Missions and Quests Guide by Drakoner

Attention: This Guide was writen around the 2. CBT so many things aren’t or can’t be up-to-date anymore.
Also there are many things about the guide i don’t like, for example identifiyng a quest by it’s name is almost impossible with these unknown names and so many to choose from. There were new Quests added between 2. & 3. CBT, for example the new digivice-quests (where you receive a digivice with upgrade-slots as well). Maybe i even give up on writing a new quest-guide… there are people who can write better guides than me.

Trying to make doing Quests easier, hopefully with the help of other ppl. Played & wrote them down myself, if anyone has did any other quests dont just talk about how great you are and share your info instead, thanks in advance, if you do so.

Basic Knowledge
The NPC names have a different colour from players. A NPC who has the following over his head, is related to Quests:
– Green ! over NPC = He has a quest for you.
– Grey ! over NPC = Will have a quest for you, in the future (higher tamer or digi lvl needed).
– Red ? over NPC = This npc will complete your quest and give a reward, when you talk to him.
Try using Mozilla Firefox (sitelink) with CTRL+F and searching for what you need in this guide (while displaying it of course).

General
~: Is shown instead of a korean symbol.
~~~: Used to show “there are korean symbols” (no specific quantity) also to indicate not known values (names & verbs).
Unknown – ~~~~ ~~ ~~~!: A english name for this Quest is unknown and after – comes a remake of the korean name of the quest.
x symbols: Where x is the number how many korean symbols make up the name of this quest. This is the old methode i used as “quest hint”.
Req: Short for Requirement. This shows what you need to actually begin the quest (sometimes used to guess what you could need to finish the quest as well).

NPCs
Satsuma: Satsuma, he is the Commander of DATS, wears a long coat, his Digimon is Kudamon.
Miki: She is a DATS member, her Digimon is PawnChessmon (Black), wears the DATS-uniform.
Doruphin: He is a middle-aged men living in Yokohama, Owner of the Cloth Shop, also known from Digimon Tamers.
Sayuri: Sayuri Daimon, she is the Mother of Masaru Daimon.
Megumi: : She is a DATS member, her Digimon is PawnChessmon (White), wears the DATS-uniform.
Kurata: The (real) bad guy in Digimon Savers (Data Squad).
Hashiba: He is the Chief of DATS, wears a office suit.
Hong: She is the Owner of the Yokohama Bakery.
Manami: Manami Hayase, she is the daugther of Tsubasa Hayase.
Siratony: He is a young men living in Yokohama, wears a white shirt.
Takashi: He is a young boy living in Yokohama, wears a yellow shirt.
Kidosin: Seems like this is the brother of Joe from Digimon Adventure. Previous name: Older Boy.
Hayase: Tsubasa Hayase, he is a boxer, he wears a jogging dress, also known as famous boxer from Digimon Savers.
Shiraki: He is the boxing trainer of Tsubasa Hayase, wears a pink shirt.
Mory: He is a middle-aged men living in Yokohama, wears sport trainer clothes, also known as teacher from Digimon Tamers.
Asanuma: She is a middle-aged women living in Yokohama, also known as teacher from Digimon Tamers, she was responsible for Takato Matsuda at school.
Neon: Hitoshi “Neon” Hanamura, he is a guitar player and knows Yoshino from school, wears fancy stuff.
Misuzu: Misuzu Noguchi, she is a pretty woman of middle age living in Yokohama, she is the wife of Kenji Noguchi and mother of Ikuto Noguchi and Ruka Noguchi, also known from Digimon Savers.
Chika: Chika Daimon, she is the Sister of Masaru Daimon.
Starmon: Living in the Desert, not much is known about this Digimon.

Location Descriptions
Real World Locations
DATS HQ: Place for newly created Tamer, there are Satsuma, both PawnChessmon, Kamemon, Hashiba and a DATS-Member here. Following the street you get to Yokohama. Down the stairs is the entrance to the guarded D-Terminal.
Yokohama: The first City in the real World and also place of the most NPCs you will encounter in the early phase of game.
1. NW-Forest: When leaving Yokohama at the Northwest Street you get into the 1. Part of the NW-Forest Manami can be found here. [Enemies: Koromon, Upamon, Tsunomon, DemiMeramon, Kunemon.]
1. SW-Forest: When leaving Yokohama at the Southwest Street, you get into the 1. Part of the SW-Forest Kidosin can be found here. [Enemies: Koromon, Upamon, Tsunomon, DemiMeramon, Kunemon.]
1. NW-Forest: Leaving Yokohama to 1. NW-Forest and going straight to the next map, you encounter the 2. NW-Forest, Kurata can be found here. [Enemies: Palmon, Elecmon, DemiDevimon, Bearmon.]
2. SW-Forest: Leaving Yokohama to 1. SW-Forest and going straight to the next map, you encounter the 2. SW-Forest, Hayase and Neon can be found here. [Enemies: Drimogemon, Gotsumon, DemiDevimon, Dobermon.]
1. Oil Plant: Leaving the 2. Forest, you get to some high lvl place, this area is nothing for lowbies! ~Lv.48+ Digimon have been seen here~ There is also 1 Kurata and some other NPCs here.
2. Oil Plant: Going further this field has very little to do with beginner leveling places. ~Lv.50+ Digimon have been seen here~ There is also 1 Kurata and some other NPCs here.
3. Oil Plant: Here you find the highest Lv. Enemies in this game… so it seems. ~There have been rumours about a huge Digimon here~ You can find another Kurata here as well.
DigiWorld Locations
D-Terminal: This is the place from where you enter the Digital World. Currently there is only 1 teleport location available. It’s accessable by talking to the DATS Member (Women) @DATS HQ/South. There is also a requirement of doing the DATS Uniform Quest (collecting 5 DATS Emblems) before you are able to enter the D-Terminal (and therefore the DigiWorld).
1. Desert: The first part of the Digital World you encounter. The NPCs here are: Starmon, 3 Mud Frigimon, Impmon, Kurata. [Enemies: Woodmon, Togemon, Impmon, Digmon.]
2. Desert: Following 1. Desert to the next portal, you find your way to the 2. Desert. The NPCs here are: Starmon (no more info available). [Enemies: Flybeemon, RedVegiemon, Kiwimon, Birdramon, Leomon.]
