i was looking everywhere in the forum and FAQ but it’s hard to find complete information about all the personalities.

what i found is there:

– charismatic : ++ captain
– ambitious : ++ form when if playing match. — if not playing / recover nrj better
– popular : ++ spectator at home match / influence team spirit too?

– introverted : play better at effort lower than 100 % / bad captain
– aggressive : play better at effort higher than 100 % / do more fouls
– fair : less fouls / take less cards

– flexible : better position suitability
– unflexible : lower position suitability

– reliable : have a better global form (playing or not playing) / good penalty takers
– diligent : not sure… probably training more efficiently / bad nrj recover

– spirited : play better at home match / play better when team spirit is high / get more cards
– confident : play better in away match / play better even if team spirit is low? / better penalty takers
