Here is a list of each farm, and what you are able to harvest at each farm.  Remember that certain items can only be gathered at certain farms.
The game explains that certain locations you are able to harvest something “easy” and “good job” – I am going to list them as Common (easy) and uncommon (Good job). I will list all the special items, as “special” –  A special is an item that you can only harvest at certain locations, and cannot be harvested anywhere else.
