This Guide is all about Earth Day! Hopefully this Guide will help you in more ways than one and make your Earth Day experience an enjoyable one. Please remember that this is a Seasonal Event and won’t be available throughout the year.
2009
The 2009 Earth Day Event only consisted of one shop that was available through Battleon. Here are the Items that you could buy:
- Bucket Head
- Cardboard Sword
- Recycled Armor
- Recycle Bin Turtle (Member Only)
That’s your 2009 Earth Day Experience completed, watch out for 2010 though because it will be bigger!
2010
FIRST STEP: Type /join pollution or click the ‘Planet Day’ Button in Battleon. Then, talk to Captain Lore.
Captain Lore
Dialogue:
“Happy Planet Day, hero. I’m Captain Lore, welcome to my Renewable Energy Platform. Well, it WAS mine, until General Pollution took it over. With your help I could build and power my Hyper-slingshot, get you to the top of the Platform and defeat General Pollution!”
All Wet:
“We get so much life from water, why not energy? I built a hydro-kinetic energy generator to convert the movement of water into clean energy but General Pollution’s Chaos fumes have effected Kuro and the Water Elementals tending the wheel. They can get the wheel cleaned up and moving again if you can gather 4 Water Cores from the Water Elementals and a Chaotic Water Core from Kuro.”
- Items Required: 4x Water Core, 1x Chaotic Water Core
- Item Location: Dropped by Water Elemental and Kuro
- Rewards: 50 Gold and 50 Exp
Flame On:
“Deep within Lore’s crust, lava and heat flow through the planet like blood through veins. I developed a way to draw some of that heat out and convert it to clean geo-thermal energy. The Fire Elementals are the only ones who can resist the heat and open the geo-thermal check valves before the whole place blows sky high! If you can get 4 Cores from the Fire Elementals and a Chaotic Fire Core from Thermax, they will come to their senses!”

- Item Location: Dropped by Fire Elemental and Thermax
- Rewards: 50 Gold and 50 Exp
Plant Matters:
“I developed a very fast growing weed that can be used to make renewable, clean bio-magic. Unfortunatly the Chaos fumes have chaorrupted seeds and Stone Elementals tending the gardens! If you can get 4 Stone Cores from the Rock Elementals and a Chaotic Stone Core from the Stone Golem who leads them, they should be able to break free of the chaorruption.”
- Items Required: 4x Stone Core, 1x Chaotic Stone Core
- Item Location: Dropped by Rock Elemental and Stone Golem
- Rewards: 50 Gold and 50 Exp
Breaking Wind Turbines:
“Energy gathered from wind turbines is one of the cleanest energy sources on Lore but General Pollution’s Chaos fumes have caused several Chaos tentacles to clog up the wooden wind turbine I built. If you are able to gather 4 Wind Cores from the Wind Elementals and a Chaotic Wind Core from the Great Wind Elemental, we should be able to get the turbine going again!”
- Items Required: 4x Wind Core, 1x Chaotic Wind Core
- Item Location: Dropped by Wind Elemental and Ozone
- Rewards: 50 Gold and 50 Exp
Chaos Footprint:
“The Hyper-slingshot is ready to go! You’ve GOT to get up there and STOP GENERAL POLLUTION from ruining Lore’s environment! Good luck!”

- Item Location: Dropped by General Pollution
- Rewards: 200 Gold and 200 Exp

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle:
“The contamination cleanup crew which was supposed to take care of the pollution in the area were chaorrupted. We need to continously purify them for the foreseeable future and for that, we’ll need renewable help from the elements. Combine the powers of Earth, Fire, Wind, and Water, and little bit of your heroic Heart, to rectify the situation.”

Go Green like a Boss:
“Although the regular elemental were decontaminated after the defeat of General Pollution, Thermak, Kuro, Stone Golem, and Ozone were too thoroughly corrupted. Hopefully by re-processing them (and by that we mean being defeated re-spawning), they will re-form cleansed. Collect Completely Chaorrupted Cores to show they have been recycled.”
