The meaning of NPCing is to repetitively battle Non Player Character. It gives free and easy EXP, Credits, Battle Tokens, and Influence for faction. It is advised to do so during 10-11 AM/PM in Eastern Standard Time, because of Power Hour. Power Hour occurs two hours a day, and provides double rewards for all battles won in that hour!

Easiest NPCs to farm (from my experience) are written in #009999, which is this color.
Best NPCs for experience are written in #CC5500, which is this color
This only applies to levels 30 and above, since I have no experience battling lower level NPCs However, if someone could provide me with information, I would be very grateful.
