Since a few people asked about how to get Pet Evolution Scroll II and III, I decided to make this short guide.
Note: This is only to make the scroll. You have apply the scroll to the desired pet to evolve it.

You will need “Pet Seal Orb” from the Merchant Store NPCto seal pet into scroll.

And to add to this guide:
Youll need
1 pet to make Pet Evolution Scroll I
2 pets to make Pet Evolution Scroll II
4 pets to make Pet Evolution Scroll III
8 pets to make Pet Evolution Scroll IV

Scroll II can only be used on a pet thats level 10+
Scroll III can only be used on a pet thats level 20+
Scroll IV can only be used on a pet thats level 30+

So, if you wanted to make a pet plus 4, you would need 16 pets total, 15 to be used to make the I, II, II, and IV scrolls, and the one pet you want to evolve to plus 4.

This information is from the Japanese wiki. I used it to evolve my pet.

To get Pet Evolution Scroll I
You need one pet (Pet A)

1. Turn Pet A into scroll, and you get Pet Evolution Scroll I.

To get Pet Evolution Scroll II
You need two pets (Pet A and B)

1. Turn Pet A into scroll, and use the Pet Evolution Scroll I to evolve Pet B.
2. Turn Pet B into scroll, and you get Pet Evolution Scroll II.

To get Pet Evolution Scroll III
You need three pets (Pet A, B, and C)

1. Turn Pet A into scroll, and use the Pet Evolution Scroll I to evolve Pet B.
2. Turn Pet B into scroll, and use the Pet Evolution Scroll II to evolve Pet C.
3. Turn Pet C into scroll, and you get Pet Evolution Scroll III.
