Spruce’s Signature Dishes
Spruce was one of the first places where I started my café adventures. I prefer the Phoenix Park branch compared to the Fire Station. The latter is a little too noisy for my liking.
Spruce offers two different menus – all day menu for weekdays and brunch menus for weekends.
There’s many options such as the benedict collection, soft scrambled eggs with caviar and banana hotcakes.
Brunch menu
I ordered Greek Yogurt with fruit preserves and granola as well as the Spruce Signature Cinnamon Pecan Roll.
They may sound deceivingly small but they’re packed full with sugar. I couldn’t finish them. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed the Cinnamon Roll, the Spruce service staff warmed up the bun and the gooey cream cheese frosting was so comforting.
Dinner Menu
If you want to eat something lighter and healthier, you might want to try Spruce Signature Salad. I added crab meat for additional protein.
This salad is super delicious yet healthy. I really love these brioche croutons along with avocado, corn, dates, goat cheese and almonds.
If you have a heartier appetite, order the Spruce Signature Burger with hand cut chips.
This stuff is da bomb and you can never go wrong with their signature burger.
I’ll be back to try their truffle bernaise fries and crab cake benedict!
