Enforcer: Defeat Magma Worm, Wandering Vagrant, and Colossus on Any Difficulty

Bandit: Pass Stage 3 on Rainstorm Difficulty

Engineer: Purchase 40 Drones total on Any Difficulty

Sniper: Pass the Final Stage on Any Difficulty

Acrid: Release and Defeat Acrid on Sunken Tomb (Stage 3) on Any Difficulty

This is located at the top right corner of the map, however it only has a chance to spawn and will appear exactly as this image details

Han-D: Release the robot from his crate (on Cargo Bay 2) on the Final Stage on Any Difficulty

Mercenary: Pass the Final Stage 5 times total on Any Difficulty

Huntress: Collect 15 Monster Logs total on Rainstorm Difficulty

Miner: Defeat the Direseeker on Magma Barracks on Any Difficulty

This is located at the bottom right corner of the map, through a narrow tunnel, however, like Acrid, it only has a chance to spawn and will appear exactly as this image details
