Adventure Quest Worlds Clear Cache Guide
Please note, “Cookies” and the “Cache” are two different things. Your “Cache” is the information you store about a website, while “Cookies” are the information website stores about you. For example, when a website saves your username and password, it uses a cookie. This does not effect your cache.

Internet Explorer 9.0
– To clear the cache for a single site: hold down “Shift” and click “Refresh” on the toolbar.
– To clear the entire cache:
- Click “Tools -> Delete Browsing History…”
- Check only “Temporary Internet Files.”
- Click “Delete.”
- Restart Internet Explorer.
Firefox
– To clear the cache for a single page: hold down “Shift” and click “Refresh” on the toolbar, or hold down CTRL and press F5.
– To clear the entire cache:
- Click “Tools -> Clear Recent History…” (or CTRL + Shift + Delete)
- Check only “Cache”, and choose “Everything” from the “Time range to clear” dropdown menu.
- Click “Clear Now”
- Restart Firefox.
Netscape Navigator (9.0 or above)
– To clear the cache for a single site: hold down “Shift” and click “Refresh” on the toolbar.
– To clear the entire cache:
- Click “Tools -> Options.”
- Click the “Privacy” tab, and click “Clear Now” (under “Private Data”).
- Make sure the “Cache” box is checked, and click “Clear Private Data Now.”
- Restart Netscape Navigator.
AOL (Version 9.0)
- Click “Settings.”
- Under the “Index” tab, click “Internet [Web] Options.”
- Under “Browsing History,” click “Delete” under “Delete temporary files.”
- Click OK, and restart AOL.
Opera 10.0
- Click “Tools.”
- Select “Delete Private Data…”
- Click the “Detailed Options” button.
- Uncheck everything except “Clear Entire Cache.”
- Click “Delete,” and restart.

Safari/Camino (Same for both browsers)
- Click “Safari/Camino -> Empty Cache.”
- Click “Empty” on the dialog box.
- Restart Safari/Camino.
Firefox for Macintosh
- Click “Firefox -> Preferences.”
- Click “Privacy” and select the “Cache” tab.
- Clear “Clear Now.”
- Restart Firefox.
Note: If you do not see your browser’s version listed here (Internet Explorer 5.5, Firefox 1.0, etc. etc.) it is strongly recommended that you upgrade your browser. The latest browsers typically have more features and improved security.
