Hey there, i got my first impressions on the Penance King, and wanted to share his Mechanics.

MAIN GOAL: Build Flamethrowers and Torch that Pest.

First off, the Spawns and the King deal typeless damage that can only be blocked by Resonance.

Spawns are homing and explode after a set time or when they reached their target. The King himself switches aggro.

There is a food dispenser on the west, as well as an item deposit. There is an item repair station on the east. Step 1: Take Poisoned Meat from the food dispenser.

Step 2: When the King says that he Hungers, drop Posioned Meat.

Step 3: He will Puke items, differing for each role. Also the healer(s) have to pick up the puke with Buckets which are provided.

Step 4: Make him Puke 5 times and collect 5 of each item.

Step 5: Repair the items in the east, then deposit all in west, congrats you got your flamethrowers done. Now to activate them.

ACTIVATING THE FLAMETHROWERS!

Step 1: Punch the Penance King. That’s right, punch him right in the Face until he drops a scroll (WARNING! ONLY ATTEMPT WHEN FULL HP).

Step 2: When everyone has a Scroll, Inspect it. There are 5 Different ones, which must be read in a certain ORDER! now visible on the middle of the screen.

Step 3: Read out the scrolls in the right ORDER! This is done by clicking on the new interface in the middle of your screen. ONLY CLICK YOUR SCROLL AND ONLY WHEN ITS YOUR TURN!

Step 4: TORCH THE DAMN THING UNTIL THE GROUND CRACKS.

Step 5: Repeat the Activation Ceremony. WARNING! Scroll order changes. WARNING! Kings damage increses, Spawns damage doesn’t.

OVERALL TIPS:

-2 Healers. Always.

-Dont get hit too much and use RESONANCE! BRING A SHIELD!

-TAKE IT CALM! DONT PANIC!

-Write “BURN YOU F*CKING PEST” while torching him to deal Triple damage.
