Previously in beta, there was a list of what costume cores were used on what characters. Unfortunately there is not a tooltip on the items themselves, so here are a couple of lists to help with that.

What are costume cores?
Costume cores are another “affix” type enhancement you can add to your costume. Your crafter unlock’s these recipes by obtaining level 10. Adding a core requires 200,000 credits and a level 27 character as the costume will require level 27 to equip after creation.

Costume cores can come in a variety of stats. They can have +1 to normal character stats such as durability, fighting skill, energy etc. In addition they can have item find and special item find stats (ex. 23% special item find).
