i’ve been playing KoC for 3 yrs, and i’ve tested this out time and time again, so here you go, an experienced person’s guide for hitting wilds
when you attack wilds you need to know what troops to use and what research to have to make sure you have minimum troop loss, this will help you out
Level 1 – 50 archers
Level 2 – 100 archers (5 traps)(level 2 fletching, level 3 recommended)
Level 3 – 300 archers (10 traps)(level 3 fletching, level 4 recommended)
Level 4 – 600 archers (20 traps)(level 5 fletching)
Level 5 – 3,000 archers (50 traps)(level 6 fletching)
level 6 – 6,000 archers (100 traps)(level 7 fletching)
level 7 – 8,000 archers (150 traps)(level 8 fletching)
level 8 – 30,000 archers (300 traps)(level 9 fletching)
level 9 – 60,000 archers (600 traps)(level 10 fletching)
level 10 – 90,000 archers (1200 traps )(level 10 fletching, level 11 recommended)
if you take the above and think about it, you wonder what to do about the traps, here’s a breakdown on what to use to take out the traps
(level 2 wilds and up will always have 2 waves to get rid of the traps)
level 1 = 1 wave of 50 archers
level 2 = 1st wave = 5 militiamen, 2nd wave = 100 archers
level 3 = 1st wave = 10 militiamen, 2nd wave = 300 archers
level 4 = 1st wave = 20 militiamen, 2nd wave = 600 archers
level 5 = 1st wave = 50 militiamen, 2nd wave = 3,000 archers
level 6 = 1st wave = 100 militiamen, 2nd wave = 6,000 archers
level 7 = 1st wave = 150 militiamen, 2nd wave = 8,000 archers
level 8 = 1st wave = 300 militiamen, 2nd wave = 30,000 archers
level 9 = 1st wave = 600 militiamen, 2nd wave = 60,000 archers
level 10 = 1st wave = 1,200 militiamen, 2nd wave = 90,000 archers
or alternately do this for level 10 for the best results
level 10 = 1st wave = 1199 militiamen + 1 catapult, 2nd wave = 60,000 archers + 25,000 ballista + 5,000 catapults
you should research health potions, metal alloys, and poison edge to at least level 9
here are the troop amounts for all of the wilds
level 1 = 50 militiamen, 50 supply troops
level 2 = 100 supply troops, 100 militiamen, 50 scouts, 50 pikemen
level 3 = 200 supply troops, 200 militiamen, 100 scouts, 100 pikemen, 50 swordsmen
level 4 = 500 supply troops, 500 militiamen, 200 scouts, 200 pikemen, 100 swordsmen, 50 archers
level 5 = 1,000 supply troops, 1,000 militiamen, 500 scouts, 500 pikemen, 200 swordsmen, 100 archers, 50 cavalry
level 6 = 1,500 supply troops, 1,500 militiamen, 1,000 scouts, 1,000 pikemen, 500 swordsmen, 200 archers, 100 cavalry
level 7 = 3,000 supply troops, 3,000 militiamen, 1,500 scouts, 1,500 pikemen, 1,000 swordsmen, 500 archers, 200 cavalry, 50 heavy cavalry
level 8 = 6,000 supply troops, 6,000 militiamen, 3,000 scouts, 3,000 pikemen, 1,500 swordsmen, 1,000 archers, 500 cavalry, 100 heavy cavalry, 50 ballista
level 9 = 12,000 supply troops, 12,000 militiamen, 6,000 scouts, 6,000 pikemen, 3,000 swordsmen, 1,500 archers, 1,000 cavalry, 200 heavy cavalry, 100 ballista, 50 battering rams
level 10 = 25,000 supply troops, 25,000 militiamen, 12,000 scouts, 12,000 pikemen, 12,000 swordsmen, 3,000 archers, 1,500 cavalry, 400 heavy cavalry, 200 ballista, 100 battering rams, 50 catapults
each level states what level research that wild has, example
level 1 wild = level 1 health potions, poison edge, feather weight powder etc.
