Why should you choose Rouge?

Pros:
►Best Damage output (normal and charge attacks)
►Easy to play in solo (Boss hunt)
►Crits often leading to more damage output
►Highest mobility (based on calculations)

Cons:
►Low HP and armor
►Low mana (for skills)
►Costly to play (in terms of pots)

Rouge’s Philosophy
Kill things and kill them fast – assassins creed

Build:
There are things to consider before adding stats, for all characters you must first consider the importance Bonus Damage %, Damage, Health, and Mana. In my own opinion as a rouge don’t go for 1:5 ratio (str&dex) go for full dex. Why? because str and int only grants you additional health and mana when you can have your health through dex and your mana through some pets or pots itself.

Skill Build:
In Arcane legends there are only 20 skill points to spend to. I will make 2 builds for the next patch for it to cover up the level cap increase.

Lvl 21:

►5/5 Shadow Piercer – basic damage skill for spamming and killing mobs

Upgrades:
♦Leading Dagger – You need this upgrade in combination with Shadow Absorption.
♦Shadow Absorption – When combined with Leading dagger it will Help you to kill your mobs at the same time heal a lot more

►4/5 Shadow Veil – Most important skill for me. It simply make you strong at the same time it weaken your foes

Upgrades:
♦Masked Presence – With additional 20% armor it will help you to lessen the use of your pots and help you survive to.
♦Shadow Absorption – Basic. adds 15% damage
♦Lingering Fumes – adds 3 sec. every second are essential for rouge.
Explanation: if you have 100 dps + the 15% damage.
100x.15 = 15 dps and you have 3 secs. it simply add 15×3 = 45 damage.

►3/5 Razor Shield – a skill that provides you great agility to dodge skills or attacks at the same time damaging your foes

Upgrades:
♦Whirling razor – Who does not love to have 20% dodge?
♦Increased Duration – additional 3 secs of happiness

►5/5 Aim Shot – Highest single damage skill in the game

Upgrades:
♦Accuracy – it gives you the mighty 10% damage per shot
♦Critical Shot – 250% damage on crit, it becomes deadly when combine with Deadly Focus
♦Deadly Focus – 10% crit every shot
♦Shatter Armor – 15% armor reduction, best when doing elites

►5/5 Passive Dex – for maximum damage output

Lvl 26:

►5/5 Shadow Piercer – basic damage skill for spamming and killing mobs

Upgrades:
♦Leading Dagger – You need this upgrade in combination with Shadow Absorption.
♦Shadow Absorption – When combined with Leading dagger it will Help you to kill your mobs at the same time heal a lot more
♦Gouging Rush – chance to reduce target’s armor by 10% best when with Aim shot’s Shatter Armor.
♦Rising Death – adds little helpful damage to all targets hit.

♦Adept Construction – Chance to create another trap
♦Net Retraction – Pulls target within range for a better combination with shadow piercer

►5/5 Passive Dex – for maximum damage output

As you can see i have 5 skills but there are only 4 skill slot.
This where it goes, When doing elite simply load out the aim shot and replace it Entangling trap and when you reach the boss load out the trap and replace it with aim shot (vice versa) it simply helps you a lot better.

Pets: 4 Best Pets for rouge
Horton – +20 dex +10% crit +5 mana regen
Wrathjaw – +20 dex +20 int +4 health regen +10% damage
Granite – +25 dex +5% dodge +4 mana regen
Meep-Moop – +20 dex +8 crit +3 mana regen

When doing Elites: Do’s and Don’t

►Watch your ping. If your spiking avoid killing monsters so you don’t end up dying
►Always have your pet desummoned. (They kill steal – only helpful in tomb,crypt,hauntlet)
►If you wish to solo just add a person to the party and run separate instances
►The best method to solo is find a solo partner wanting to run separate instances so they can maximize their kills

About the Aim shot skill:
When doing Boss in elite don’t charge it only tap. you only need to have the 10% damage, 10% crit and 15% damage reduction at the same time when it crits add 250% damage. (the skill stacks) just do, smoke, aim, tap tap tap(normal attack).
