1. GLOSSARY

[Population]
Population represents the scale of your castle and increases when your Building Construction Level increases. One unit of

Population uses one unit of Food.
(Military units are not included in Population, but do affect Food Consumption.)

[Fame]
Each time you use one unit of gold in the game, your Fame will go up by one. Gold is used for a variety of things, from

constructing buildings and leveling them up, to recruiting heroes and units. However, gold used in trades with other players does not increase your Fame.

[Loyalty]
Loyalty starts at 100% for each of your cities. If Loyalty reaches 0%, a player can attack the castle and conquer it. (Branch

Castles only. Main Castles cannot be conquered.) If you construct a Park inside your castle, you can reduce the amount of

Loyalty lost due to defeat in battle.

[Civilization]
Civilization is a number that represents a castle’s degree of good fortune. When a certain Civilization level is reached, a new

castle can be constructed. Civilization is accumulated every day. Losing a Branch Castle only reduces the rate at which

Civilization increases, and does not affect Civilization that has already been accumulated.

The list of visiting heroes will not be refreshed until the next day, but clicking on “Refresh ” will cause the list to refresh right away (however, this function will require 1 diamond or 1 scroll).

The heroes that visit your Tavern are graded by color, from high to low: orange, purple, blue, green, and grey.

Note: An increase in visiting heroes occurs when the list is refreshed, not when the Tavern levels up.

3.2 Heroes attributes

Heroes have Basic Abilities and Combat Abilities. When your hero goes up in level, you can assign the points obtained to the hero’s Basic Abilities.

The effects that Basic Abilities have on heroes are as follows:
Stamina = HP
Strength = Physical Attack
Agility = Attack Speed, Movement Speed, Critical Attack Rate
Intelligence = Magic Attack
Spirit = Magic Defense, Exploration Success Rate
Resilience = Physical Defense, Escape Success Rate when exploration fails or attacking

Hero Stats grant bonuses to commanding troops, but when a hero’s remaining HP is 10% of max HP, army bonus of the hero will decrease to 20% of the original bonus.

3.3 Hero Specialties

Each hero has a Specialty, and when the hero is commanding a unit that matches their Specialty, the unit’s abilities will be boosted. Hero specialties do not include catapults, but it can be reset after a hero is hired by using the “Reset” function; this function can be found on the heroes page or in the VIP functions list, costs 20 Diamonds and it randomly reassigns a new specialty to your hero each time you use it.

3.4 Assigning Troops

Each race has nine types of soldiers (units) available to it, and these can be conscripted at a Barracks. Conscripted units can then be assigned to a hero. The higher a unit’s level, the stronger it will be in battle. Also, the higher the level of the hero, the more units that the hero can command. Assigning a unit with magical attacks to a magical attack-type hero will make that unit even stronger. Similarly, assigning a unit with physical attacks to a physical attack-type hero will be the most effective choice.

You can increase the ammount of units a hero can lead by using a Honor Amulet on that hero, or in case you belong to Scholar race, you can also research the Leadership skill from your Research Center.

When you assign units to a hero, you can notice that the hero has 7 slots, so you can either assign all the units into one slot or you could assign them equall to all the 7 slots. Also, having 7 slots, a hero can carry no more then 7 different type of units.

3.5 Dispatching

There are 5 main hero dispatch modes: Attack, Gather, Explore, Scout and Reinforce. If certain conditions are met, Occupy, Expand Territory and Search modes will also be available.

[Attack]
Go hunting in the Mountains, Forest, Swamp or Hills, occupy a Resource Mine, attack a Devil Castle or other player’s castle.

[Gather]
Gather Elemental Beads (Fire Bead, Earth Bead, Water Bead, Wind Bead, Light Bead, Dark Bead) in the Mountains, Forest, Swamp or Hills. 10000 Elemental Breads can be combined into an Elemental Gem at the Capital->Elements. Also, there you can obtain Gem Fragments (100 Elemental Breads = 1 Gem Fragment). The higher the hero level and the further you send your hero to gather, the more elemental beads you will obtain.

When you dispatch your hero to gather, he/she will not encounter monsters or other neutral soldiers. This is why it is advisable to send your heroes to gather without any units assigned, that way the heroes will move faster and will gather more Elemental Beads as they will go further in the same amount of minutes compared with the situation when the hero is leading soldiers.

[Explore]
Your hero can be send to explore the Mountains, Forest, Swamp or Hills. A variety of items (Dragon’s Token, EXP Potions, Purifying Stone, Awakening Stone, Taming Stones, Secret Treasure Map of Gallia pages, Beast Units, Stats Tome) can be obtained through exploration.

Exploration can be successfull or can fail, depending on a success rate. You can increase the exploration success rate by sending your heroes far or by increasing the Spirit ability points of that hero. However, if the exploration fails your hero can escape (depending on his escape rate) or could be detained for 1/3/6/12 hours. By increasing the Resilience in the heroes ability points or by using an Continent Amulet on that hero you will increase its exploration escape rate. In case your hero will get detained, he/she will automatically return to your castle when the detainment period ends, or you can spend some gold or use Scrolls/Diamonds to redeem your hero.

[Scout]
Scout out another castle. This allows you to get an overview of the castle’s battle strength. The results will be sent via an in-game message.

No. of units Scout report message
0 None
1-4 Soldier
5-9 Attack Team
10-19 Squad
20-49 Battalion
50-99 Massive
100-249 Regiment
250-999 Brigade
1000+ Legion

[Reinforce]
Move from one of your castles to another, or send a hero to support another player’s castle. Sending a hero as a reinforcement allows you to station a hero and soldiers at the target castle. To return the hero to your castle, click “Withdrawal” at the Command Center. To reinforce a castle, a Hero Lodge must already be constructed there. Also, your Resource Mines can be reinforced by your heroes.

[Occupy]
Select this to occupy another player’s city. “Occupy” mode can only be selected if you have a City Emblem in the hero bags.

[Expand Territory]
Select this when you want to construct a new castle in an empty field area. “Expand Territory” mode can only be selected if you have a City Emblem in the hero bags.

[Search]
Send a hero to search for treasure at a location indicated on a Treasure Map. “Search” mode can only be selected when you have a Treasure Map.

Dispatch
Dispatched units must be led by a hero, and cannot include more than seven types of units (including siege units). The number of units (the amount of Food Consumption) that a hero can lead is determined by the hero’s level. The higher the level, the more units the hero can command.

Dispatching Multiple Heroes to the Same Location
Multiple heroes can be dispatched to the same location. However, their Marching Speed will be that of the unit with the lowest speed. Exp. Points obtained in battle will be equitably shared among them according to hero level. A hero’s abilities will only affect the units associated with that hero.

Unit Food Consumption
Units on the move use up twice as much food per hour as units in a castle.

Withdrawal
Dispatched units can be withdrawn at any time. However, they cannot attack while being withdrawn, and cannot be dispatched again until after they return to the castle. The “Immediate Troop Withdrawal” Diamond Function can be used to instantly call a unit back to the castle.

Occupy
To occupy another player’s castle, it is necessary to attack it many times until its Loyalty has been reduced to 0%. Once Loyalty has reached 0%, the castle can be occupied. If you occupy the castle of a race that is different from your hero’s, you can create units of that race as well. In addition, any items or gold in the occupied castle’s Treasury will become the property of the occupying side. A Main Castle can’t be occupied.

3.6 Resurrecting Heroes

When a hero’s Life reaches 0 and he or she dies, you can revive that hero at the Tavern. However, the time required to revive the hero gets longer the higher the hero’s level is.

3.7 Discharging Heroes

If you decide you don’t like a hero that you have hired, you can discharge him or her. However, this is only possible for heroes that are Level 35 or lower. Also, before you’ll discharge your hero you must make sure that hero has unequipped all items and it’s bags are empty too.

4. ITEMS

Hero equipment includes many different types of items such as weapons, armor and accessories. Equipment is divided into six ranks: Normal(Grey), Rare(Green), Excellent(Blue), Epic(Purple), Legend(Orange) and Mythical(Red).

If you use equipment from your race, you will receive a 30% bonus to the characteristics of that item. The bonus will only affect the base atributes of the items, not their additional stats.

4.1 Weapons

All races can use a weapon and shield with no restrictions, but any weapon belongs to a race and using a weapon for your race will give you the bonus i mentioned earlier. There are 2 major types of weapons: the first type gives you physical attack and the seccond one gives you magical attack.

For every race there is a total of 42 weapons (2 weapon types at every 5 levels).

4.2 Shields

Apart from other items, shields are common for every race, which means there are only 21 types of shield (1 at every 5 levels). Also, shields give ballanced physical and magical defence. For example, at level 5, the Dark Shield will give to your hero 12 physical defence and 12 magic defence.

4.3 Armor

Armor comes in sets. One armor set is made of 10 parts: Helm, Pauldron, Cuirass, Belt, Bracers, Gauntlets, Greaves, Poleyn, Boot and Cape; equipping all parts of the set will give an additional effect, such as increased Defense Power or HP. There are 2 types of armor sets, ones that focus on magic defence and ones that focus on physical defence.

For each race there is a total of 20 sets (2 set types at every 10 levels).

Let’s take the human race for an example: For level 1-10 there is Courage and Erudite set, for level 11-20 there is Power and Wise set, for level 21-30 there is Heroic and Pious set, for level 31-40 there is Lightforge and Soul Cast set, for level 41-50 there is Fearless and Energy set, for level 51-60 there is Order and Excellent set, for level 61-70 there is Trial and Revenge set, for level 71-80 there is Crystal Forge and Purify set, for level 81-90 there is Warlord and Seraph set and for level 91-100 there is Templar and Light set.

4.4 Accessories

Accessories include rings and necklaces. Accessories can have a variety of special effects, such as increasing acquired Exp. Points, Movement Speed, Luck and so on.

In the Land of Gallia you can find 6 types of rings: Ring of Purity (Increases army’s physical attack), Spiritual Guidance Ring (Increases army’s magic attack), Nature’s Elements Ring (Increases magic critical rate), Ring of Focus (Increases physical critical rate), Ring of Favor (Increases luck) and Dragon-Ring (Increases EXP obtained by hero); and 6 types of Necklaces: Soulbreath Necklace (Increases dodge rate), Heart of Gallia Necklace (Increases persuasion effect on enemy joining), Medal of Honor (Increases max soldiers led by hero), Mark of Power Necklace (Increases plunder ratio), Mainland Necklace (Increases escape rate from battle losses) and Promise of the Wind Necklace (Increases marching speed).
