PET:
PETs consume 1 ionizing particle every time they hit a target, boosting their damage by 100%.

Kits:
Every time a kit is consumed, 1 ionizing particle will be used to boost the kit’s effect by 10%, does not affect SP kits.

Heals:
The same thing applies to heals as kits. Every time you get heal, 1 ionizing particle will be used to boost the heal’s effect by 10%.
Also works cross-nation.

Usage of Ionizing particles:
Simply carry them arround in your inventory, they are automaticly consumed by PETs, Kits and Heals.

Tips:
The cheapest way of obtaining Ionizing particles is to dissolve all the Engines and Computers you find that are of no use to you nor worth much, the amount of Ionizing particles from the dissolution is purely based on the Level of the item.
The quickest way to obtain Ionizing particles is to dissolve cheap NPC items such as lvl 10~15 Engines, you exchange arround 200~250 SPI for each Ionizing particle obtained.

Warning:
As previously stated, the amount of Ionizing particles from the dissolution is purely based on the Level of the item. There for Unique, Boss, Event or any other odd item type will not factor in the amount of Ionizing particles from dissolution.
