Memory: 2GB of RAM
Hard Disk Space: 2GB of HDD space

A: Try running the updater in Windows 2000 compatibility mode, and check your firewall/antivirus app settings. If that does not help, contact our support at support@thewarinc.com.

A: If there are no patch notes, that means that those patches are “internal use” – not adding or changing any significant features. It can be bug fixes, things we’re adding for server testing, etc.

A: Check you firewall/antivirus settings and make sure that WarInc. Battlezone isn’t blocked. Also, check the forums – the servers might be down for maintenance or some other issue.

A: First, make sure that you are typing them correctly, and if it persists that probably means your account has been wiped due to long inactivity. In case you had any premium items, or your account was active, please send us an email to support@thewarinc.com

A: Check you firewall/antivirus settings and make sure that WarInc. Battlezone isn’t blocked. Also, keep an eye on your ping – the game might be kicking you due to really high latency. If the problem persists contact our support at support@thewarinc.com

A: Download and install the latest version of DirectX. You can get the downloader HERE.

A: Currently we do not support Mac’s, however you are free to try running WarInc. Battlezone with emulators or double booting your Mac with Windows.

2. Type “dxdiag” and select OK
3. When the Direct X Diagnostic tool pops up select “Save All Information” at the bottom on the screen and save the file. Remember where you save it!

Go to your Steam games menu, play War Inc. Launcher pops up, hit my account (at top), from the page that opens, you will see a redeem key button.
