Basic Statistics

HP – The amount of damage you can sustain. Indicated by a red colored bar on the HUD.
MP – The amount of mana your Immortal has. Indicated by a blue colored bar on the HUD.
HP Regen – The amount of HP per second gained.
MP Regen – The amount of MP per second gained.

Armor – The amount of physical defense an Immortal has.
Magic Resistance – The amount of magical defense an Immortal has.

Attack Range – The max distance in which an Immortal can attack another unit.
Movement Speed (MS) – The max speed an Immortal can move. Can only be reduced to a minimum of 25% of original value.
Damage Per Second (DPS) – The amount of damage dealt per second through auto-attack.
Attack Speed (APS) – The amount of attacks per second an Immortal has. Yields a higher DPS reward versus pure weapon damage.
Cool Down Reduction (CDR) – The amount of time reduced from the base cool down timer of an ability.
Dodge – The percentage chance in which to avoid weapon damage.
Life Steal – The amount of HP given to the Immortal based on the percentage of damage given through auto-attack.
Spirit Vamp – The amount of MP given to the Immortal based on the percentage of damage given through auto-attack.
Mana Burn – The amount of MP reduced to enemy unit based on the percentage of damage given through auto-attack.

Armor Penetration – The amount of armor or physical resistance ignored when dealing physical damage.
Magic Resistance Penetration – The amount of magical resistance ignored when dealing magical damage.
Dodge Penetration – The percentage negated from the enemy’s dodge percentage.
Critical Hit Chance – The chance each weapon attack will invoke critical damage.
Critical Hit Damage – The amount of extra damage a critical hit does.
Critical Hit Avoidance – The percentage chance in which to avoid the extra damage given by a critical hit.

Statistical Caps

Slow: 75%
Cool Down Reduction: 40%
Critical Hit Percent: 80%
Dodge: 30%
Life Steal: 50%
Spirit Vamp: 50%
Mana Burn: 30%

note: Anything not listed does not have a cap.

Defense

EHP – The Effective Hit Points your Immortal has. Either Physical or Magical.
Damage Reduction – The amount of damage reduced from base amount. Either Physical or Magical.

Formulas:

Damage Reduction = ( Defense/(Defense + 25) ) * 100

EHP = (HP/(1-(Damage Reduction/100)))- HP

How to calculate EHP for Armor example:

25 Armor
1000 HP

Phy. Damage Reduction = (25/25 + 25) * 100 = 50
Phy. EHP = (1000/(1-(50/100))) – 1000 = 2000

So in theory, having 1000 HP and 25 Armor is like having 2000 HP when dealing with only Physical Damage.
