Lord’s attack percentage in battle depends on what level the attack is. Here are the levels for the attack and defence, but the higher it goes up the less accurate it might be.

You can see in rankings for Lord attack and defence, and here are the levels, from what I can gather:
Attack
Level 0: 0-20
Level 1: 20-50
Level 2: 50-120
Level 3: 120-200
Level 4: 200-400
Level 5: 400-700
Level 6: 700-1000
Level 7: 1000-1500
Level 8: 1500-2500?
Level 9: 2500?-4000
Level 10: 4000- ?

Defence
Level 0: 0-40
Level 1: 40-80
Level 2: 80-200
Level 3: 200-300
Level 4: 300-500
Level 5: 500-700
Level 6: 700-1000
Level 7: 1000-1250
Level 8: 1250-1600
Level 9: 1600-2500?
Level 10: 2500?-3600?
Level 11: 3600?-5250??

Towards the end, it is rather hard to find exact figures, especially on the servers that I am on, being the newer servers. If you find that any of the values are wrong then post the correct ones. Furthermore, you are welcome to finish the table for levels 10 and beyond.

The attack/defence percentages depend on the level:
Attack
Level 0 = 0%
Level 1 = 2%
Level 2 = 2.5%
Level 3 = 3.5%
Level 4 = 5%
Level 5 = 7%
Level 6 = 9%
Level 7 = 12.5%
Level 8 = 16%
Level 9 = 20%

Defence
Level 0 =0%
Level 1 = 3%
Level 2 = 3.5%
Level 3 = 4.5%
Level 4 = 6%
Level 5 = 8%
Level 6 = 10.5%
Level 7 = 13.5%
Level 8 = 17%
Level 9 = 21%
Level 10 = 25.5%
Level 11 = 30.5%
Level 12 = 36%
Level 13= 42%

Again, you are welcome to change the values, and to further the table, as this is harder to work out, as you can only see your own percentages, and those in military affairs
