This close-combat skill tree engulfs the Pyromancer’s weapon in flames. The Cinderblade mage directly faces his enemies before they are devoured by his flames.

Hold your horses…
Let’s start off with an introduction to the general characteristics of the skills trees:
- Every time you level-up you’ll receive two skill points which you can invest as you wish
- Square-shaped skill symbols are active skills
- Circular skill symbols are passive skills
- Some skills can be compounded such as Blazing Blade (first row, second skill from the left). The next skill, Burning Sweep, is directly beneath. In order to use Burning Sweep you must have at least one skill point invested in Blazing Blade and you must have reached skill level 7.
- Skill Tiers (green bar to the right) – To use the skills nearer the bottom of the window you must invest skill points here, too.
- Every skill point invested in your skill tiers counts towards each of the Pyromancer’s three skill trees! This means that when you invest 13 skill points in your skill tiers here, these points will also apply to the Flamecaster and Coalsmasher skill trees!

Blinding Flash
You release a sudden flash of light that blinds nearby foes, decreasing their chance to strike you
Maximum rank attainable: 6
Effect Rank 1:
- 70% Chance of Success
- 50% Attack rating pentalty inflicted on target
- Duration: 6 Seconds
- Mana Cost: 2.0
- Range: 4.0 Meters
- Cooldown: 3 Seconds

Blazing Blade
A powerful swing that can strike multiple targets simultaneously
Maximum rank attainable: 6
Effect Rank 1:
- 3 Hits per slice (Maximum)
- 10% Attack rating bonus
- Mana Cost: 1.0

- 5 Hits per slice (Maximum)
- 35% attack rating Bonus

Burning Sweep – (Follows on from Blazing Blade)
Requirements: “Blazing blade” and a minimum of 7 points in the skill tier.
Blazing Blade gains the ability to Ignite foes
Maximum rank attainable: 5
Effekt Rank 1:
- 40% Chance to ignite
- +5% Mana increase to Blazing Blade
- Duration: 15 Seconds
Effect Rank 5:
- 60% Chance to ignite
- 25% Mana increase to Blazing Blade
- Duration: 5 Seconds

Requirements: “Blazing blade” and a minimum of 21 points in the skill tier
Blazing Blade inflicts additional damage and Mana cost is reduced
Maximum rank attainable: 5

- 25% Damage bonus per strike
- +5% Mana increase to Blazing Blade

- 65% Damage bonus per strike
- 45% Mana increase to Blazing Blade

Fiery Weapon
Any melee weapon attack deals additional Fire Damage

Flamewielder – (Follows from Fiery Weapon)
Requirements: “Fiery Weapon” and a minimum of 21 points in the skill tier.
All melee attacks are granted an additional Fire Damage Bonus, a chance of igniting foes, and a chance of detonation on impact
Maximum rank attainable: 10
Effect Rank 1:
- 6% Fire damage bonus
- 10% Chance to ignite
- 1 Second ignite duration bonus
- 3% Chance of detonation
- 25 Radial Fire damage on explosion
Effect Rank 10:
- 35% Fire damage bonus
- 30% Chance to ignite
- 2 Second ignite duration bonus
- 20% Chance of detonation
- 75 Second ignite duration bonus

Provocation
Requirements: a minimum of 3 points in the skill tier
Lowers the defense of nearby enemies and forces them to charge you and attack
Maximum rank attainable: 4
Effect Rank 1:
- Range: 4.0 Meter
- 20% Lower defense
- Duration: 9 Seconds
- Mana Cost: 3.0
Effect Rank 4:
- Range: 10.0 Meter
- 50% Lower defense
- Duration: 21 Sekunden

Thermal Screen
Requirements: a minimum of 3 points in the skill tier
A flaming barrier that absorbs an amount of damage that is a reflection of your total life or until its time expires
Maximum rank attainable: 7
Effect Rank 1:
- Absorbs damage equal to 20% of your life
- Duration: 20 Seconds
- Mana Cost: 5.0
- Cooldown: 60 Sekunde
Effect Rank 7:
- Absorbs damage equal to 50% of your life
- Duration: 47 Seconds
- Mana Cost: 11.0
- Cooldown: 45 Seconds

Your chance to critically strike opponents with your melee attacks increases

Charging Focus – [Consecutive skill]
Requires: “Burning Focus” and a minimum of 30 skill levels
Each critical strike that you successfully land will get you an additional strike. Landing a critical strike on additional opponents will raise the total amount of damage you cause.

- 10% damage bonus
- 10seconds of additional strength
Effect Rank 5:
- 30% damage bonus
- 30seconds of additional strength

Brilliant Aura
Requires: a minimum of 3 skill levels
A blinding light surrounds you and disorientates your opponents. It reduces your mana but increases your defensive capabilities.

- 15% defense bonus
- 40% reduction in mana
- Cooldown: 6.0 seconds
Effect Rank 5:
- 40% defense bonus
- 20% reduction in mana
- Cooldown: 6.0 seconds

Requires: “Brilliant Aura” and a minimum of 21 skill levels
When Brilliant Aura is active, attacks from opponents can activate a fire nova.
Maximum possible skill points: 5

- 2% chance of a nova
- 3 shots
- 18 – 24 fire damage per shot
- Brilliant Aura receives 15% defensive bonus
- Cooldown: 5.0 seconds
Effect Rank 5:
- 10% chance of a nova
- 7 shots
- 50 – 56 fire damage per shot
- Brilliant Aura receives 35% defensive bonus

Your weapon becomes extremely hot and you execute a whirling strike which causes additional fire damage to nearby opponents.

- 2% chance of stun
- 1 second stun duration
- Mana cost: 3.0
- Range: 3.0 meters
Effect Rank 5:
- 75% fire damage bonus
- 10% chance of stun
- 3 second stun duration
- Mana cost: 11.0
- Range: 3.0 meters

Requires: “Burning Arc” and a minimum of 30 skill levels.
Opponents affected by Burning Arc may suffer explosive damage.

- 10% chance of explosion
- 20 fire damage radius
- Burning Arc receives 20% fire damage bonus
- Burning Arc consumes +5% more mana
Effect Rank 5:
- 30% chance of explosion
- 60 fire damage radius

Spirit Tap
Requires: minimum of 13 skill levels
Replenishes your mana when your opponent dies.
Maximum possible skill points: 10

- 1% chance of regenerating 1% of Mana

Vengeful Flames
Requires: minimum of 13 skill levels
If your HP falls below a certain amount, flames will be emitted from your body, consuming your opponents. The lower your HP drops, the stronger the flames will be.
Maximum possible skill points: 5
Effect Rank 1:
- You start to combust when your HP falls to 15%
- 50% damage bonus
- Duration: 12 seconds
Effect Rank 5:
- You start to combust when your HP falls to 23%
- 130% damage bonus
- Duration: 16 seconds

Vendetta
Requires: “Vengeful Flames” and a minimum of 30 skill levels
Your vengeance will plague your opponents and provide you with a large bonus.
Maximum possible skill points: 10
Effect Rank 1:
- 8% higher chance of catching fire
- 13% additional (maximum) damage bonus
- 1 second additional duration
- 2% attack speed bonus
Effect Rank 10:
- 26% higher chance of catching fire
- 100% additional damage bonus (maximum)
- 20 seconds additional duration
- 20% attack speed bonus

Phoenix
Requires: minimum of 30 skill levels
Once your HP reaches 0 while you have the Phoenix buff, you will be resurrected in a fiery explosion which causes damage to nearby opponents. In doing so you regenerate a small amount of HP and Mana. The Phoenix buff lasts for 1 minute.
Maximum possible skill points: 10
Effect Rank 1:
- 10% HP is restored
- 10% Mana is restored
- 101-106 fire damage
- Mana Cost: 11.0
- Cooldown: 150.0 seconds
Effect Rank 10:
- 100% HP is restored
- 100% Mana is restored
- 420-450 fire damage
- Mana Cost: 33.0
- Cooldown: 150.0 seconds
