I. Taming Mounts Quest
The riding skill, is learned from doing your first mount quest / taming mounts.
As a result, you can ride any mount using it.

How To Equip Different Mounts:
1) Right-click the mount you want to equip.
2) It may, or may not ask if your positive, answering yes, or no is up to you.
3) To swap mounts, just right-click a different mount in your inventory.
Note:
I do not know if you do this as a repeat if you will obtain another random colored horse.
The first time done, you get a random colored horse.

No, it is all random. It seems the most common color that I’ve seen is a Maroon Horse.
What quest starts this?
