How do you upgrade your car?
1) Gem Inlay
(Focus, Control, Critical Hit)         Durability

do not have all the info atm but as seen from the simple table, after Lvl 2
the total amount of bonus drops.
My advise is to fill up all the empty slots 1st with Lvl 1 then Level 2 gems

2) Employees in cockpit

a) Only Talented employees give Bonuses for Focus, Control, Critical Hit and
Durability.

Confidence – Durability
Judge        – Focus
Analyse     – Control
Inspiration – Critical Hit

Depending also on talent levels the amount of bonus will increase
Bonus  (Focus, Control, Critical Hit)
Green(Junior)                          5-10
Blue  (Intermediate)               11-20
Purple (Expert)                       30-40
Red    (Master)                        65-75     ( thanks Lower)
Yellow (Guru)                          120-125 (thanks Mandingo)

Note : this is another set of data that needs more refining as my Beta data is gone

b) For improvements on Strike and Solidity, you need to level up the
employees experience.
Amount added to both Strike ansd Solidity
Green                        1-15
Blue                           10-50
Purple                        50-120
Red                           100-200
Yellow                        200-300
Pink                           350- 450
Magenta                     High 400s

Note : Its an approximate range of values as even for same level employee You can get different values

3) Component Modification
Here u can increase the Focus, Control, Durability and Critical Hit
There are 8 levels of increment
