How Does Rate Work?

Rates!:

The example of rate im testing is tantalos,if you check my rate thread you will see the rate for tantalos is 505.the only DSR items im wearing are rings and shield(to show u the difference in dmg).

First we start set just rings(no shield):

this is my rate without the shield(just rings).

You can see im getting 172 dmg without shield,this is because i have lower then the rate for tantalos(under 505)

Now i will put on Shield(Overate):
you can now see that my rate is over 505

you can see the difference in dmg

Now the dmg is only 42.

Thats Basically how it works!
