Known Bugs with Solutions:

Quests:
Red Square Cowgirl
A red square shows instead of the cowgirl, you can’t click on it nor get any instructions.
Solution: Go to your neighbor and trim a bush (the blue flower works well)! To complete this quest, you’ll have to “Make a Good Friend” and “Have 5 Goodwill.”
Note: If you visit the sim you are dating, there will be two options for trimming. Choose the one with the energy symbol instead of the hearts or you will waste energy, doesn’t count towards the quest. (Credits: Ana Silva)

Red Square (Blonde Girl, Last Segment)
Solution: This is one of the last quest you’ll encounter in the game.
This was my personal experience, I was able to unlock it, don’t know how but I’m pretty sure it has to do with fixing things. Fix something and reload, that’s how worked for me.

Bad Mood Potion
A quest ask you to mix a bad potion an drink it, you do that but the quest is stuck
Solution: Mix the bad potion but DON’T DRINK IT. Close the menu and the quest will be cleared!

5 Fury Typo
Quest says you have to collect 5 fury but counter shows 25

There’s no real solution to this, you’ll have to collect 25 fury to clear the mission!

“Where the Art Is”
It ask you to spend 1000 in decorations, you buy decorations but still it says 0.
Solution: You have to buy 1000 coins in Wall ART, only paintings will be registered!

Double Rainbow
It asked to perform two actions on an easel that were not available there. It asked to paint a double rainbow and to weep in wonder. So when clicking an easel, you need to choose ‘Paint basic shapes’ for the rainbow and ‘paint object shading’ for weeping. (Credit: Ana Silva)

“All About You”
Cannot get “Find Out Gossip” action
Solution: If refreshing the game or revisiting your neighbors does not change the options, do friendly actions only until it appears. It wastes a lot of energy, but it’s the only way right now. (Credit: cutelilkittie)

“What Does It All Means?”
Cannot get ”Practice Philosophy” action
Solution: It takes a couple of friendly actions before “Philosophize” appears as an option with your neighbor. (Credit: cutelilkittie)

Miscellaneous Questions:

Where’s the telescope?
Is under ‘living room’ around page 5

I put my room in the storage and disappeared!
The room won’t show under the ‘all’ icon. This could be a bug but check under ‘storage’ the bottom right icon (rooms), the room should be there and your items still inside. PIC

I can’t put this item in the storage
If the item you’re trying to store is and item that you have to build, you can’t store it until is complete!

I can’t rotate my room!
This could be a bug but check thoroughly the area for mushrooms, grass or other little things like that!

My friend/family received free 20 SimCash but I am not!
Don’t worry. We’ll give every person 20 SimCash as a starting for free sometime in near future.

I just lost my SimCash!

KNOWN BUGS WITH STILL NO SOLUTION:

“Chocolate Chip Waffles” -> Reported on other items too (such as milk) Every time you try to send out the request the game gives you an error message (oop we’ve hit a snag)

Error code 3000 -> There’s a whole thread about that one… as far I know there’s no solution

5 energy bonus not received/day did not reset -> Is a know bug, you can find a topic about it here

I can’t send gift/requests to friends -> your screen keeps loading but nothing happen when you try to send requests/gift. Please check Facebook The Sims Social Gift Requests Guide by cutelittlekittie, very professional!
