How do we make our navigators the best?

First of all, we have to mention that whether the navigators are good or not depends on their second level attributes, which are highlighted

by yellow circle in the picture below. So either the first level attributes, which is highlighted by red circle in the picture above, or

equipment and growing characters will be eventually reflected on the second level attributes all, and function in different specific areas. To

sum up, the only way to make navigators the best is to improve the characters from all different aspects.
