Cast SPD Formula

*A = Casting Time
*B = Casting Speed in %
*C = Casting Speed bonus from Certificate + Characteristic in %

*Cast Speed Formula = A * { 1 – [(B + C)%] }

For example:
My Magician with a natural characteristic “Essential of Casting” which adds Cast SPD+5% which is shown below:

Lets take Fireball with a cast time of 1.5s to do this calculation.

Cast Speed Formula for Fireball:
= 1.5 * [1 – (30.39 + 5%)]
= 1.5 * [1 – 35.39%]
= 1.5 * (1- 0.3539) <—–[Let 100% = 1, 35.39% = 0.3539]
= 0.96915s
