Thanks to all for helping to find these badges.In an effort to minimize repeats of badge findings, I present the following consolidated list of Going Rogue badges. I will be updating this post as more badges or badge changes are found. Due to how much work is involved, the lists will be alphabetical for the most part.New badge tab:

Part 1: Known Bugs

  • Level 50 Resistance critters in the Maria Jenkins revamp (3rd mission, the one with Nightstar) are NOT giving badge credit. (Has this been checked lately?)
  • Tiberian Overseer – ( (563.7 108.6 3168.1)) Has a gazebo hiding the marker.

Part 2: Badge Fixes

  • Rescuer/Big Softie has artwork.
  • Clothes Horse, Fashionable, and Ostentatious badges now have artwork. The hero versions are different than the villain versions.

Part 3: New badges
Incarnate system badges:
These badges with will not be a part of Issue 18 as the Alpha Slot has been removed until Issue 19.

  • Accomplishment – Empowered – You’ve crafted your first Uncommon Incarnate Ability earning yourself this badge.
  • Accomplishment – Initiate – You’ve crafted your first Common Incarnate Ability earning yourself this badge.
  • Accolade –Alpha Unlocked – You unlocked your Alpha Incarnate slot allowing you to create powerful new abilities that can be slotted there.

History:

Accomplishment:

  • Avid Reader – (Praetorian) (Tutorial badge) You take the time to listen to and read everything you run across. As a reward for this remarkable trait, Rothstein of the Resistance gave you this badge.
  • Denial of Service – (Praetorian) You crept a bit too close to the danger zone and got burned.
  • Ear To The Street – You completed a Hero Alignment Mission earning yourself the Ear to the Street badge.
  • Inquisitor – You completed a Villain Alignment Mission earning yourself the Inquisitor badge.
  • Loyalist – (Praetorian) You spent some effort bolstering the Praetorian regime of Emperor Cole, or at least appearing to do so.
  • Made A Stand – You strove for what you believe in and, against all odds, came out on top.
  • Moral High Ground – (Praetorian) (Choose morality 5 times)
  • Pain Killer – You’ve completed the Cathedral of Pain and thwarted the Aspect of Rularuu’s plans.
  • Resistance Member – (Praetorian) You have lent your support to the Praetorian Resistance to overthrow Emperor Cole, or at least appeared to do so.
  • Streetwise – You completed a Vigilante Alignment Mission earning yourself the Streetwise badge.
  • Tested The Water – You’re not quick to pass judgment on others, but will step in when things stray off course. You earned this badge by helping someone complete an Alignment Mission that is not the same as your current alignment.
  • Tipped Off – You received your first tip earning yourself the Tipped Off badge.
  • Walking The Path – You strove for what you believe in and, against all odds, came out on top. You’ve earned the Walking the Path badge by completing your first Alignment Mission.
  • Well Informed – You completed a Rogue Alignment Mission earning yourself the Well Informed badge.

Achievement:

  • Adventurer – (Villain) (750 badges) You’ve conquered, plotted against and crushed your enemies. However, none of this gives you total fulfillment, there’s still so much left to be done.
  • Above The Law – (Hero) You are the law, you dispense your own kind of justice for the greater good. You have completed a Vigilante Morality Mission earning yourself this badge.
  • Ascended – (Hero) Despite your villainous beginnings you managed to redeem yourself. You have shifted your alignment from Villain to Hero earning yourself the Ascended badge.
  • Come Full Circle – You ended up right back where you started, coming full circle from hero to villain and back again. (Also in reverse for villains.)
  • Dastardly – (Villain) The mere mention of your name causes those that hear it to shiver in fear. You have completed a Villain Morality Mission earning yourself this badge.
  • Descended – (Villain) You have shrugged off the heavy binds of morality and selflessness and have become a Villain. You have shifted your alignment from Hero to Villain earning yourself the Descended badge.
  • Fearsome – (Hero) You completed a Vigilante Morality Mission and then maintained your Vigilante alignment for 7 days earning yourself this badge.
  • Frenzied – (Villain) You completed a Villain Morality Mission and then maintained your Villain alignment for 7 days earning yourself this badge.
  • Grass is Meaner – (Hero) (Going to the opposite faction’s zones as a vigilante.) You have traveled from the relative safety of Paragon City to the rough and tumble Rogue Isles, where it seems even the grass is meaner. This is the version that hero/vigilantes see of the Grass is Greener badge.
  • Grass is Greener – (Villain) (Going to the opposite faction’s zones as a rogue.) You have traveled from the cutthroat Rogue Isles to the relative calm and prosperity of Paragon City, where it definitely seems the grass is greener. This is the version that villains/rogues see of the Grass is Meaner badge.
  • Heard the Call – (Hero) You completed a Hero Morality Mission and then maintained your Hero alignment for 7 days earning yourself this badge.
  • Resolute – (Hero) You’ve proven time and time again that Paragon City can rely on you. You have completed a Hero Morality Mission earning yourself this badge.
  • Scoundrel – (Villain) You’ve got what it takes to get things done, you’re not bogged down by things like morals or scruples. You have completed a Rogue Morality Mission earning yourself this badge.
  • Trickster – (Villain) You completed a Rogue Morality Mission and then maintained your Rogue alignment for 7 days earning yourself this badge.

Praetorian versions of Achievement badges:

  • Badges Collected Badges
    • Lead-Follower – (Praetorian) (10 badges earned) Keeping your eyes and ears open, you’ve earned 10 badges. Amongst those who follow these things, this qualifies you as a Lead-Follower.
    • Extractor of Secrets – (Praetorian) (25 badges earned) 25 badges later, it’s clear now nothing will keep you from uncovering the secrets of Praetoria and beyond.
    • Knows the Truth – (Praetorian) (50 badges earned) From the depths of the Underground to the top of the Magisterium, Praetoria is built on lies. After 50 badges, you’ve learned this truth.
    • Knows He/She Knows Not – (Praetorian) (100 badges earned) The secrets of all dimensions lie before you. You realize 100 badges is but a step in the right direction.
    • Emissary – (Praetorian) (200 badges earned)
    • Overachiever – (Praetorian) (500 badges earned)
    • Doer – (Praetorian) (750 badges earned)
    • Prepared – (Praetorian) (1,000 badges earned)
    • No Road Not Taken – (Praetorian) (1,250 badges earned)
  • Level Badges
    • Praetorian Professional – (Praetorian) (Train to Level 10) Working your way through the ins-and-outs of Praetoria’s political landscape has become second nature to you.
    • Survivor of Praetoria – (Praetorian) (Train to Level 20) Not many last so long in Praetoria as you have managed. Keep up the good work.
    • Rift Traveler – (Praetorian) (Train to Level 30) Coming to Primal Earth has allowed you to test yourself against many new challenges, which has increased your skills rapidly. You’ll need them.
    • Primal Praetorian – (Praetorian) (Train to Level 40)
    • Praetor – (Praetorian) (Train to Level 50)
  • Debt Badges
    • Repaired – (Praetorian) (50,000 debt repaid) If you were just an ordinary Clockwork, you’d probably have been junked by now. But as it is, you continue to fight in honor of Praetoria.
    • Went the Extra Mile – (Praetorian) (100,000 debt repaid)
    • Undaunted – (Praetorian) (200,000 debt repaid)
    • Impulsive – (Praetorian) (400,000 debt repaid)
    • Never Learns – (Praetorian) (600,000 debt repaid)
    • Infinite Lives – (Praetorian) (1,000,000 debt repaid)
  • Damage Taken badges
    • Slammer – (Praetorian) (100,000 damage taken) You’ve taken such a beating the Resistance would certainly call you a Slammer. (One who can’t be slammed).
    • Big Dog – (Praetorian) (500,000 damage taken) Like a big red punching bag, you take a beating but can’t seem to call it quits.
    • Laughs it Off – (Praetorian) (1,000,000 damage taken) One million damage? Nothing to you, it seems. Though you probably wouldn’t want to take it in one blow…
    • Iron Willed – (Praetorian) (10,000,000 damage taken)
    • Concussed – (Praetorian) (25,000,000 damage taken)
    • Marvel of Modern Medicine – (Praetorian) (50,000,000 damage taken)

    • Motivator – (Praetorian) (Mentor 8 hours) If those you mentor slack off, you’ve got quite a few ways to motivate them. They’re not all pleasant.
    • Teacher – (Praetorian) (Mentor 12 hours) Teaching those who want to learn the ways of Praetoria is more than a hobby to you. It’s a mission.
    • Dean of Hard Knocks – (Praetorian) (Mentor 16 hours) There’s a lot of harsh lessons common to all worlds. If you can spare some new kid just one, that’s enough for you.
    • Philosopher – (Praetorian) (Mentor 20 hours) Like some Greek Philosopher, you’re approached by wannabes and questioners who want to know the secrets of Praetoria. By fighting alongside them, in a way you’re revealing those secrets. That’s philosophical enough.
    • Old-Timer – (Praetorian) (Mentor 24 hours) There’s no doubt that you’ve seen it all, and the young pups who look up to you have started calling you “Old-Timer.” You’ll take it as a term of endearment.
  • Mezzed Badges
    • Waiting – (Praetorian) (Held for 10 minutes) Wait long enough and those stuns will wear off. Any minute now…
    • Locked Out – (Praetorian) (Held for 30 minutes)
    • Trapped – (Praetorian) (Held for 60 minutes)
    • Stuck – (Praetorian) (Held for 3 hours)
    • Can’t Do That – (Praetorian) (Held for 6 hours)

  • Viva Praetoria – (Praetorian) (6 Praetorian Explore Accolades, Rail Rider, Going Rouge) Long live Praetoria. You are a well-traveled citizen.

Defeats:

  • Blindsider – (Seers) The Seers never saw you coming! You defeated plenty of Seers to earn this badge.
  • Cannibal – (Ghouls) The Ghouls only understand one thing. Strength. You’ve proven that you have that in spades. You defeated hordes of Ghouls to earn this badge.
  • Escapee – (Failed Experiments) Despite all of their genetic modifications and cybernetics, the Failed Experiments were no match for you. You defeated several waves of Failed Experiments to earn this badge.
  • Eye of the Storm – (Defeat Maelstrom in a tip mission. Praetorian version doesn’t count.) Maelstrom crossed the line and had to be stopped. Thankfully you were there to prevent things from getting out of hand.
  • Judge and Jury – (Hero) You defeated one of the signature “Rogue’s Gallery” characters in an Alignment or Morality mission earning yourself this badge. (Hero version of Merciless below.)
  • Merciless – (Villain) You defeated one of the signature “Rogue’s Gallery” characters in an Alignment or Morality mission earning yourself this badge. (Villain version of Judge and Jury above.)
  • Marked for Death – (Syndicate) The Syndicate has marked you for death, but if they’re smart they won’t get anywhere near you. You defeated several Syndicate members to earn this badge.
  • No Authority – (Praetorian Police Department) You’re a wanted criminal according to the Praetorian Police. You defeated enough Praetorian Police Department members to earn this badge.
  • Redundant – (Destroyers) Destroying the Destroyers has destroyed their chance to cause destruction, even if saying out loud sounds a bit redundant. Those big and strangely colored targets are hard to resist. You destroyed many Destroyers to earn this badge.
  • Resistance is Futile – (Resistance) The Resistance considers you an obstacle to accomplishing their goal of overthrowing Emperor Cole. You defeated a number of Resistance members to earn this badge.
  • Technophobe – (Praetorian Clockwork) If the Praetorian Clockwork felt any emotion, they would learn to fear you. You defeated your fair share of Praetorian Clockwork to earn this badge.
  • Whip Cracker – (Defeat Desdemona in a tip mission) You defeated Desdemona and her demons, however you saw a glimmer of good within her heart. Perhaps there’s hope for her yet.

Note that these badges need 100 points of defeats. Minions = 1 point, lieutenant points = 2, bosses =5 points. Some of the Praetorian Critters are in Tina Macintyre’s and Maria Jenkins’s new arcs.
