Canos Illium

The Invasion System

Canos Illium was designed as a PvP map for characters between the levels of 66 to 70. There are four areas that are dedicated to a specific element: Fire, Earth, Water, Wind. Based on the area, the attack damage is increased according to the element.
The point of Canos Illium is simple. Destroy the specific relics, obtain the chance to kill the monsters of a specific boss area…or the chance to get to Valdemar Regnum (Fury) or Palaion Regnum (Light) via portal.

How to get to the new maps
Keep in mind you have to be at least lvl 60
Fury (Iris):

Light (Apulune):

The only way to leave Canos Illium is through the Gatekeepers found at your respective faction’s towns.

The four Regions of Canos Illium

When a faction destroys a specific relic, certain areas will spawn monsters that only the winning faction can kill.

Once a faction destroys the Relic of Etain, Dentatus’ and Ales’ minions will be made available to them.

Dentatus

Dentatus dwells in the northern regions of Canos Illium. He harnesses the Earth elements in order to fight his enemies. His minions utilize the same element and all should be worry of their Earth elemental attacks.

Ales

Ales dwells in the southern regions of Canos Illium. He employs the wind elements in order to battle his enemies. His minions also use this power and all should be wary of their elemental attacks.

Once a faction destroys the Animus Relic, Secreta’s minions will be made available to them.

Secreta

Secreta dwells in the eastern region of Canos Illium and harnesses the power of water in order to attack her foes. Her minions also use this power and as such, their water elemental attacks are their most dangerous attributes.

Once a faction destroys the Cruor Relic, Lumen’s minions will be made available to them.

Lumen

Lumen dwells in the western region of Canos Illium. He utilizes the fire elements in order to overcome his enemies. His minions harness the same elements and due to this, all characters should be wary of their elemental attacks.

Once the portal is opened, it will not be closed even after Bless of the Goddess has been reset.

Palaion Regnum

Palaion Regnum is the Fury Map accessible to the Alliance of the Light if and only if they control the Cruor Relic and the Relic of Etain.

Example Message when appropriate relic is taken:

Once the portal is opened, it will not be closed even after Bless of the Goddess has been reset.

Conditions to opening the portal to Palaion Regnum:

1. The Cruor Relic must be either neutral or taken by the Light.

– If the Fury has control of the Cruor Relic, the Light cannot access Palaion Regnum. This remains true even after Goddess Bless Reset

2. If the Fury has control of the Main Relic but not the Cruor Relic, the Light can take the Main Relic, close the Fury’s portal to Valdemar Regnum, and open the Light’s portal to Palaion Regnum. This is also applies after a Goddess Bless Reset

3. If the Light occupied the Main Relic during the Goddess Bless reset and the Light takes the Cruor Relic, the portal to Palaion Regnum will be opened.

Leaving Palaion Regnum as a Light Character

– When you are in Palaion Regnum, you can go back to Canos Illium only through the use of the “/return” command or the “Town Portal” skill.

– If you die in Palaion Regnum, and are not resurrected by your Party Leader or Priest, you will be revived in Canos Illium.

– Palaion Regnum will not be recorded in your recall rune or teleportation rune.

– Once you are in Palaion Regnum, you can stay there even after the portal is closed. If you re-log into the game however, your character will start in Canos Illium.

Valdemar Regnum

Valdemar Regnum is the Light Map accessible to the Union of Fury if and only if they control the Animus Relic and the Relic of Etain.
