MH4U Attack Buffs Guide by Lurn_To_Spel
I’ve been wasting my Mega Demondrugs for too long and wanted to write this guide to make sure no one else wastes their precious drugs.
- Attack Up XL > L > M > S
The attack buffs from the armor skill lasts throughout the entire fight.
- Kitchen Skill L == Mega Demondrugs > Demondrugs
Once your kitchen skill reaches L, it is at the same potency as a Mega Demondrug. Both the demondrugs and kitchen skills last until your character dies, unless you have the Felyne Foodie skill which allows the kitchen skill to last through the entire quest. Consuming a [Mega] Demondrug will override your kitchen skill buff.
- Might Pills > Might Seeds == Demon Horn
Pills give a huge buff (equal to Attack Up XL, I think), but only last 30 seconds each. Seeds and the horn buff lasts 3 minutes per use. The use of any of these items will override any buffs from previous pills/seeds/horns used.
- Hunting Horn buffs
HH buffs last for 1.5 minutes (L) or 2 minutes (S). +30 seconds with Maestro skill.
Can be bought from the store for a hefty price. Attack buff is permanent as long as you keep the charm in your inventory.*Buff stacks with powertalon!
Made by combining a Powercharm with a Deviljho Talon. Attack buff is permanent as long as you keep the talon in your inventory.*Buff stacks with powercharm!
