Blitz™ a High Mobility, Single Target, Ranged Capability Tank Build

This build is for Nightmare, some fights force you out of melee range and losing aggro cause you’re sidelined for 5 sec sucks. It has Surging Blade instead of AoE taunt because it’s designed for high mobility fights. Can also get Kickback from shotgun tree(or charge from blades), but I find a no target reliant dash better.
It has 2 defensive cooldowns instead of 3(normal on Nightmare) but hopefully the Shotgun finisher with -21% damage will make do.

Actives:
1. Sriker – Instant ranged builder stacks Debilitated with Punisher
2. Brandish – Uber single target threat Blade finisher. high threat and -25% damage while channeling
3. Defensive Turret – Shotgun finisher and -21%damage (with support skill) for everyone close.
4. Stoicism – Defensive cooldown -30% damage and more hate
5. Martial Discipline – Defensive Cooldown (50% glance 6 sec)
6. Surging Blade – Dash for mobility
7. Provoke – Single target taunt.

Passives:

1. Agitator – +300% Threat
2. Fuel to the Fire – +200 Hate per hit
3. Punisher – Debilitate on Strikes -30% damage
4. Hardcase – +150 Magical and Physical protection
5. Brandishing Support – Brandish -> 125 extra defence
6. Forged in Fire – heal 40% if you drop below 50% hp
7. Inevitability – +10% Evade if boss hit’s very slow change this for Unfair Advantage

Italic abilities can be changed based on the fight. If you don’t need a dash, grab another taunt, speed freak, Sleight of hand etc. If you have no problem holding aggro you can drop Fuel to the Fire for Tenderising/Gunsmoke(damage/threat), Paradigm Shift(+150hit), Fever Pitch (Major Hit bonus, almost permanent), Unfair Advantage (+5% incoming heals)

Since Escalation is pretty much required in the present Nightmare metagame, I’m going to run this for a some of the bosses now.

Actives:
1. Sriker – Instant ranged builder stacks Debilitated with Punisher
2. Reality Fracture – GTAoE Threat
3. Stoicism – Defensive cooldown -30% damage and more hate
4. Illusion – Defensive Cooldown (35% evade 6 sec)
5. Escalation – AoE Threat and Expose debuff.
6. Provoke – Single target taunt.
6. Kickback – dash 10m bacwkards, for Hack/Brand etc
7. Raging Bullet – Damage finisher for threat and Debilitate application OR
7. Defensive Turret – Shotgun finisher and -21%damage (with support skill) for everyone close.

Passives:
1. Agitator – +300% Threat
7.Fuel to the Fire – +200 Hate per hit
2. Punisher – Debilitate on Strikes -30% damage
3. Hardcase – +150 Magical and Physical protection
4. Turbulence – +150 Evade Rating
5. Forged in Fire – heal 40% if you drop below 50% hp
6. Inensity – Permanent Minor Ward (-7.5% Damage)
7. Fuel to the Fire – +200 Hate per hit
7. Alternatives: Fever Pitch, Shoot Em Up, Bloodsport, Unfair Advantage, Inevetability.
