This is reproduced from a hardcopy of an old post I had from Vanguard Crafters before the site
shut down. While it may not be fully complete, it is an invaluable reference on at what raw
skill points you gain additional actions, to make you a better crafter. I’ve omitted when you
get “Dyes” from the list, as that’s leftover from Beta and has no use in the game.

In addition, beginning in tier 3, each new tier adds an extra action familly (Tool 2, Utility 2, and
Station 2) to the build process. These action families come with default first action regardless
of your skill level, in addition to the ones you obtain through higher base skill, as shown below:
