you can increase your contribution points by donating alliance badge to alliance tech..

just like …..

1 alliance badge is equal to 100 contribution points..

and then you can also gain contribution points from city tech

example : you have your general with 10 troops…
you will consume merit and hero energy for that because..  (troop count x 100) =  merit cost which is equal to 1 contribution point per troop…

for construction points you can see how many points can you gain in your upgrading for just pointing your mouse cursor to your building just like this …
