What is Energy and how do you get more in MARVEL: AVENGERS ALLIANCE? [MAA1]
Each time you enter a battle in MARVEL: AVENGERS ALLIANCE, it will cost you Energy. Typically, you will need 10 Energy per battle. You only have a limited amount of Energy, so you will run out if you attempt a large number of battles in a short period of time. Once you run out, you will need to wait for Energy to refill. Energy will always refill over time.

Energy for missions goes at a rate of 1 energy for every 5 minutes.

If you want to gain Energy faster, you can request Energy gifts from friends or purchase Energy using Gold.

You are given some Gold to start, and if you want to purchase more, you can do so on the Get Gold tab located at the top of the game. Once you have your gold, just open the Store Interface, click Resources, select your desired amount of energy and click Buy.

Energy that is gifted may or purchased be accessed and used by clicking the ‘Use’ option in your energy interface bar. This will open a new window where your available energy refills are listed. Just click on the ‘Use’ box below the energy refill you wish to use and it will be automatically added to your energy bar.

Important Note: This option will only display when you have energy refills available.

What are Stamina and Health in MARVEL: AVENGERS ALLIANCE? [MAA2]
Stamina and Health are two important stats to keep in mind when fighting battles. These stats are displayed along the bottom of your screen while in battle.

Stamina:

Each time you attempt an action with a team member during battle, a certain amount of stamina will be taken to complete the move. Different actions will require a different amount of stamina, so choose wisely when selecting actions. Once you run low on stamina, you will either need to recharge, which is free but does not allow you to attempt any other moves on that turn, or by utilizing a Stamina Boost Pack from your inventory.

Each member of your team will have their own amount of stamina, which can be increased by gaining levels. All team members will start new battles with full stamina, so when you finish a battle you do not have to wait for stamina to refill before starting another. However it is important to note that Stamina does not automatically refill between enemy waves.

Health:

Each member of your team will also have their own maximum amount of health, which can be increased by gaining levels. When enemies successfully hit a member of your team with an attack, that team member will lose health. Different attacks will cause a different amount of damage, so keep an eye out for larger moves that deal more damage.

Once a team member loses all of their health points, they will be out of that battle. This will only prohibit that team member from fighting in that specific battle. Once the battle is over, you can start a new battle and the team member will have full health. Health may be restored mid fight by utilizing your First Aid Packs from your inventory.

To utilize the items in your inventory just click the Inventory button, select the item you wish to use and the hero you want to use it.
