I. Introduction to Crafting

Crafting was first introduced in Pocket Legends as a way to obtain better equipments by creating them from other ingredients. The premise of crafting is very simple – you must obtain individual ingredients and the recipe to the item itself.

In Star Legends Beta, you can choose to create Weapons or Implants via crafting (see the Implant Creator NPC and the Weapons Creator NPC in the UCS Blackstar). Implants are essentially another piece of equipment any character can equip to give them a slight stat boost.

Example of weapon caches

As of SL version Beta, nearly all of the ingredients are looted directly from weapon caches, which are located in dungeons. Weapon caches are much more important in Star Legends than in Pocket Legends, so be sure to always open up any weapon cache you see.

II. Weapons Creator

Weapons crafting follows this basic format: Recipe + Base Weapon + Ingredients

The recipe is bought directly from the Weapons Creator NPC; simply make sure you have enough gold and tap BUY RECIPE at the bottom of the screen (if you don’t have enough gold then GO TO STORE will appear instead). The base weapon is a common enemy/boss drop or looted from a weapon cache. The other ingredients are primarily looted through the weapon caches.
