Heads up & reference.

Collect souls in Cronus if you want pets.
Collect souls in Island if you want mounts.

Astral grouping by elements:

Air Sign – Gemini, Libra, Aquarius
Earth Sign – Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn
Fire Sign – Aries, Leo, Sagittarius
Water Sign – Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces



Additional info (note it is built on experience from normal pets, not mounts, so if it’s wrong post it here).
This is related to hatching Astral Eggs.

If you open inventory, all you see is list of eggs looking all the same:

In this case – 19 eggs.
But, if you take one of them and put on hot-key, you see different amount:

See? 19 in backpack, 11 in hot-key.

The thing you need to know – those eggs only look the same, in reality those are different items, that have only same names and descriptions.

If you sort the backpack, the eggs will get arranged in order by type – warriors first, mages after.
Sort inventory, then put first egg on one hot-key and last egg on different hot-key, then you know how many mages and how many warriors you have. Depending on which you need first then can decide which to hatch (or which you can drop without opening if you are making only one type of pet).

P.S. Of course that applies to the eggs of same type (like Aries, Libra, Garth etc).
If you mix together different astral eggs, then you cannot determine for sure which is which (only if you put them on hotkey as you acquire).
