SWAMP
Image
Difficulty: Beginner

Trophies:
Guaranteed:
Coins: 20-60
Gems: (Sapphire x10, Silver Debris x10, Garnet x10, Bead x20, or Pearl x10)

Depends on Swamp:
Resources: 300 – 1400
Junior Hero
Equipment: Common (All levels)

Enemy Troops:
Min: 5 Max: 15 of each type.
Contains combinations of 2 of four different types of troops.

Savage: Attack 5, Defense 10, Life 50, Range 0
Hunter: Attack 5, Defense 20, Life 400, Range 0
Boyar: Attack 100, Def 110, Life 500, Range 0
Crossbowman: Attack 100, Def 90 Life 450, Range 12

Strategy:
Do not use a hero against Swamps. It costs 5 energy to send your hero with little hero experienced gained. Your hero will be left with 0 energy fairly quickly and it will cost coins to train in the Workshop. A waste of coins if you ask me. Now to get down to business.

Savage/Hunter Swamps are very easy and can be won by sending 8 of any troop type. I suggest Paladin or Cataphracts as they are the fastest. But, if you do not have the coins to train them, 8 pikes or 8 archers will do the trick as well.

Boyar/Hunter or Boyar/Savage swamps are more difficult than the savage/hunter swamps but still pretty easy to tackle without losing many troops. You will need to send at least 5 times the amount of boyars to win with very minimal or no losses. I suggest send 5 archers for every 1 boyar along with 10 pikemen. Example: Swamp has 5 Boyar and 5 Hunter, you send 25 archer and 10 pikemen or just send 50 pikemen if you don’t have the archers yet.

Crossbowman/Hunter or Crossbowman/Savage are the second toughest types of swamps. It is difficult to attack these without losing troops because of the dreaded ranged crossbowman. I try to avoid these myself, but if you must attack them be prepared to lose some pikemen. The general rule is to send at least 10 times the amount of crossbowmen. If the swamp has 10 crossbowmen, send 100 archers, 1 pikeman and 1 sacrificial worker.

Crossbowman / Boyar is the hardest swamp yet. I recommended leaving these for some poor schmuck to attack. You are guaranteed to lose a couple pikes at the very least. But if you have nothing left to attack, send 200 archers, 1 pikeman and 1 worker.

HILLS

Difficulty: Beginner
Prestige Gain: 0-5

Trophies:
Guaranteed:
Coins: 70-160
Gems (Sapphire x20, Pearl x20, Bead x40, Silver Debris x20, or Garnet x20)

Depends on Hill:
Resource:1800-3000
High Intelligent Hero (Junior, Intermediate)
Equipment: Common (All levels)

Enemy Troops:
Min: 15 Max: 39 of each type (roughly)
Contains combinations of 2 of four different types of troops.

Savage: Attack 5, Defense 10, Life 50, Range 0
Hunter: Attack 5, Defense 20, Life 400, Range 0
Boyar: Attack 100, Def 110, Life 500, Range 0
Crossbowman: Attack 100, Def 90, Life 450, Range 12

Strategy:
Hills will be your best bet in making lots of coins quickly. Again, its not recommended to use a hero against hills. The hero will most likely run out of energy before he /she gains a level to replenish its energy again.

Savage/Hunter Hills. These are very easy like the savage/hunter swamps. Send 16 troops and you will get zero losses. Level your march point to at least 10 and attack as many of these as you can at a time. Sending 16 fast paladins or cataphracts will make sure you get to them before your neighbor does. If you are just starting, 16 pikes works too. (NOTE: With each level of metal casting, you should be able to reduce these numbers by 1. ie. if you have metal casting 5 you can send 11 of any troop instead of 16)

Boyar/Savage or Boyar/Hunter. Same strategy as the swamp version, just more troops. Send 5 times the archers that there are boyars. Example: Hill has 30 Boyars and 30 Hunters, you send 150 archers and 1 pikeman and 1 worker. (these will take the first initial hits since the enemy troops will target them first.)

Crossbowman Hills. Stay away from these!.. If you must attack them, send archers, at least 10 times the crossbowmen along with 1 pike, 1 worker and 1 paladin.

FORESTS

Difficulty: Intermediate
Hero Experience Gained: Min: 165 Max:225 (roughly)
Prestige Gain: 20 average

Trophies:
Guaranteed:
Coins: 300-600
Gems: (Sapphire x100, Spar x20, Pearl x100, Silver Debris x100, Garnet x100, Bead x200, Gold Debris x10, Diamond x10)

Depends on Forest:
Resource: 5000-11300
High Intelligent Hero (Junior, Intermediate)
Equipment: Common (All levels)

Enemy Troops:
Troops Min:80 Max: 320 of each type (roughly)
Contains combinations of 2 of four different types of troops.

Warrior: Attack 105, Def 100, Life 1100, Range 0
Mercenaries: Attack 100, Defense 90, Life 1500, Range 0
Swordsman: Attack 115, Defense 105, Life 1100, Range 0
Longbowman: Attack 130, Defense 80, Life 900, Range 12

Strategy:
Now we finally get to make use of our heroes! Hopefully you have gained an Intermediate hero by now and have spent a few coins to get him leveled to at least 10 and have him outfitted with a nice set of Junior > lv.10 Equipment. If not that’s fine, you’ll just need to send a few more than the recommended troops. :D

Warrior / Mercenaries, Mercenaries/ Swordman, Swordsman/Warrior Forests.. These are the ones you want to start with as they are quite easier because all the troops are melee (meaning they must move close to attack). You can tackle these with just archers and pikes, but best to start building some artillery after you rake in some nice coins. For these forest you will want to send archers at least 3 to 3.5 times the number of the highest amount of troops plus a couple hundred pikes to act as a shield and what I call a horseman rainbow. These three single troops will get targeted first, saving you three or four rounds of pikemen loss. Let me give some examples to make it easy.

Melee Forest #1.
98 Warriors / 253 Mercenaries
You send 800 archers and 200 pikes, plus 1 cataphract, 1 paladin and 1 calvary.
OR 650 archer, 650 artillery plus 5 man rainbow. (1 worker, 1 pike, 1 paladin, 1 calvary, 1 cataphract)
OR 850 archer, 450 artillery plus 5 man rainbow.

Melee Forest #2
200 Mercenaries / 78 Swordsmen
You send 700 archers, 200 pikes, plus 1 cataphract, 1 paladin and 1 calvary.
OR 500 archers, 500 artillery plus 5 man rainbow.
OR 700 archers, 300 artillery plus 5 man rainbow.

Longbowman Forests are tough because the longbowmen are ranged and will start killing your troops in the first round. These require at least twice the troops that you would send at a melee Forest. Also, artillery are recommended here to make sure you kill off the melee companions quickly in order to get to the longbowmen before they start to kill off your troops. You should be using a 5 man rainbow for these types of Forests which consists of 1 worker, 1 pikeman, 1 calvary, 1 cataphract and 1 paladin along with 4 to 5 archers and arts for every 1 longbow man.
And hopefully you will have at least a lvl 25 Intermediate hero with to send with.

Longbow Forest #1
98 Longbowman / 138 Mercenaries
You send 600 archers, 600 artillery and 5 man rainbow.(1 worker, 1 pikeman, 1 calvary, 1 cataphract and 1 paladin)
or 1000 archers, 200 artillery and 5 man rainbow.

Longbow Forest #2
200 Longbowman / 190 Swordsman
You send 900 archers, 900 artillery and 5 man rainbow.
or 1200 archers, 600 artillery and 5 man rainbow.

CAVES

Difficulty: Advanced
Hero Experience Gained: Min: 399 Max: 815 (Roughly)
Prestige Gain: 30 average.

Trophies:
Guaranteed:
Coins: 650-1000
Gems (Ruby x30, Pearl x200, Spar x60, Diamond x30, Silver Debris x200, Bead x400, Gold x30 or Crystal x30)

Depends on Cave:
Resource: 12000-20000
High Intelligent Hero (Intermediate, Senior)
Equipment: Common (All levels)
Item(rare): Some samples of what you can get: Attack Booster x5, Defense Booster x5, Magic Stone x1, Random Chest, Equipment Chest, Double Experience x1, Pestle x2, Moonstone x1, Intermediate Speedup Token x1, Senior Speedup Tokens x2.

Enemy Troops:
Min: 420 Max:845 of each type (roughly)
Contains combinations of 2 of four different types of troops.

Warrior: Attack 105, Def 100, Life 1100, Range 0
Mercenaries: Attack 100, Defense 90, Life 1500, Range 0
Swordsman: Attack 115, Defense 105, Life 1100, Range 0
Longbowman: Attack 130, Defense 80, Life 900, Range 12

Strategy:
Caves should be fairly easy to find. They will appear every four hours throughout the day. You should have a lvl 20 senior hero or at least a lvl 25 Intermediate that is fully equipped in order to tackle the caves with the numbers I suggest. If not, you will need to send a few more troops than my examples state. Never attempt these with any level 1 hero unless you send TWICE what the example suggest.

Warrior / Mercenaries, Mercenaries/ Swordman, Swordsman/Warrior Caves: Once again same as the forest troops only you’ll need to send archers and arts along with the 5 man rainbow. I suggest 2.5 archers and arts times the number of the highest set of enemy troops. If you have a lvl 25 Senior hero with lvl 25 Equipment, you can get away with 2 times archers and arts instead of 2.5x

Melee Cave Example #1
523 Mercenaries / 423 Warriors
You send: 1300 archers / 1300 artillery plus 5 man rainbow. (1 worker, 1 pikeman, 1 calvary, 1 cataphract, 1 paladin)
OR 1800 archers / 800 artillery plus 5 man rainbow.

Melee Cave Example #2
747 Warriors / 727 Swordsmen
You send: 1800 archers / 1800 artillery plus 5 man rainbow.
OR 2400 archers / 1200 artillery plus 5 man rainbow.

Longbowman Caves are much harder because the longbowmen are ranged and have high attack. You will need to send 4 archers and artillery for every 1 longbowman. Also a nicely leveled Senior or Famous hero really helps too.

Longbowman Cave Example #1
416 Longbowmen / 585 Mercenaries
You send 1700 archers / 1700 artillery plus 5 man rainbow
OR 2500 archers / 1200 artillery plus 5 man rainbow

Longbowman Cave Example #2
716 Longbowmen / 585 Swordsman
You send 2800 archers / 2800 artillery plus 5 man rainbow
OR 3200 archers / 2200 artillery plus 5 man rainbow

VALLEY
Image
Difficulty: Expert
Hero Experienced Gained: Min:787 Max: 1435 (Roughly)
Prestige Gain: 50 average

Trophies:
Guaranteed:
Coins: 3000-6000
GEMS: Gold debris x100, Ruby x100,Spar x200, Diamond x100, Crystal x100

Depends on Valley:
Resources: 25000-50000
High Intelligent Hero (Senior, Famous)
Equipment: Common (All levels)
Items(rare): Some examples of what you will find: Advanced Equipment Chest, Coins Chest, War Horn x2

Enemy Troops:
Min. 1700 Max: 3550 (roughly)

Ballista: Attack 140, Defense 70, Life 1200, Range 12

Strategy:
Valley’s are one of the toughest wilds, yet produce the most coins possible. They’re also sometimes hard to find. Currently they are best found shortly after 8pm PST. Some are no more difficult than a longbow cave and some can take a much larger army. You will want to send roughly 1 archer and 1 art for every 1 ballista with some exceptions that the examples will show. Never attempt a valley with a low level hero unless you send a substantially higher amount of troops than what I have given in my examples. For your first trip to a Valley, I recommend also sending 1 transporter and 1 catapult. If both of them survive the trip, then you can now just use the 5 man rainbow (1 worker, 1 pikeman, 1 paladin, 1 calvary and 1 cataphract)

Valley Example #1
1800 Ballistas
You send 2000 archers / 2000 artillery and 5 man rainbow ( along with lvl 20+ Senior hero)
OR send 2500 archers / 1500 artillery and 5 man rainbow (along with lvl 20+ Senior hero)
OR send 2000 archer / 1500 artillery and 5 man rainbow ( along with lvl 25+ Famous hero)

Valley Example #2
2500 Ballistas
You send 2500 archer / 2500 arts and 5 man rainbow (along with lvl 20+ Senior hero)
OR send 3000 archers / 1500 artillery and 5 man rainbow (along with lvl 20+ Senior hero)
OR send 2500 archer / 1500 arts and 5 man rainbow ( along with lvl 25+ Famous hero)

Valley Example #3
3500 Ballistas
You send 3400 archer / 3400 arts and 5 main rainbow ( along with lvl 20+ Senior hero)
OR send 3900 archers / 1500 artillery and 5 man rainbow (along with lvl 20+ Senior hero)
OR send 3400 archer / 2000 arts and 5 man rainbow ( along with lvl 25+ Famous hero)
