After A LOT of trial and error it has become clear to me that while there are some basic outlines to making suits there are also some slightly different ones, since these ones were not discovered back when the original guide was written I have a revision for the original with some updated content.

Caliber has been added in because if you just do a symple synthasis of suit + s1 + s1 you have a 90% chance of getting LOW caliber suits and when you add in suit + 1s + 2s you have a 60% chance of getting a HIGH caliber suit.

Every suit +1 is worth 2.75 of a level so if your level 5 you cant wear a level +3 suit.

1s means gears with 1 stat – sync value 22.
2s means gears with 2 stats – sync value 31.
3s means gears with 3 stats – sync value 39.

Grey suit + 1s + 1s = Grey suit of another character
Grey suit + 1s + 2s = Blue suit (40%) Grey suit of HIGH caliber (60%)
Grey suit + 2s + 2s = Blue suit (80%)
Blue suit + 1s + 1s = Blue suit of another character
Blue suit + 1s + 2s = Blue suit of HIGH caliber (60%)
