[Repeat Quest]

===Levels 8-21===

From the moment you start repeat quest up until level 22, most classes will not have any kind of AoE(Area of Effect) skill. This makes the repeat quest hard, as the player must attack one target at a time.  So here are a few helpful tips that can be used to make things run a little smoother.  These can also be useful at any level, and are more of a basis or foundation.

  1. ALWAYS bring potions(and use them)
    • Potions are many players’ best friend. There are many times when your health will be low, and having a few potions ready on your action bar will help a lot. Try to keep the potions relative to your health. If you have over 600 HP, upgrade your potions to the 600 HP potions, etc.
  2. Avoid large agro(monsters actively attacking you)
    • You will want to make sure you don’t draw too much attention to yourself, as you can only attack one target at a time, and fighting off multiple opponents will be tough
  3. There is strength in numbers; use the ‘buddy system’
    • While doing repeat quest in a group can lower the amount of experience you receive, it definitely increases your chances of survival. So find a good buddy to do the repeat quest with.
  4. Don’t forget your stuns!
    • Each class has some type, or several types of stuns they will gain over time. Always make sure to have them ready. Blinding, slowing, freezing or making your enemies run around in fear can and probably will save your life in many situations.
  5. Don’t Die
    • For newer players, it is helpful to turn on your ‘HUD.’  This is simply an interface that appears around your character, showing your Health, Mana Points and the health of your target. Press ‘U'(by default) to turn this on or off. Keeping this up on your screen can help you keep a close eye on your Health and combined with potions, you should die a lot less often.
  6. KITE
    • Kiting, is simply when you are moving, and attacking. Warriors and assassins currently can not do this, but for the most part, their defense and damage output is good enough durring the lower level quest for them to hold up. For many people, it is easiest to just turn on the ‘Auto Attack'(your basic/normal attack, once on auto it will have a highlighted line moving around the edge of the skill button), and then run, usually in a circle, making sure to keep your body turned towards to target so you can attack(use ‘Q’ or ‘E’ to strafe, or ‘A’ and ‘D’ while holding the right mouse button).
===Levels 22-25===

Now at level 22, you should have an AoE(Area of Effect) attack unless you are of course a summoner(don’t worry, I won’t exclude you guys). AoEs are very useful in reps, as they finally allow you to attack multiple targets at once, which allows you to complete the quest faster. Priest actually gain a full AoE at level 16, which makes the 14, 17 and 19 reps much easier for them.

  1. No need to rush, just take it slow
    • It’s easy to want to fly through reps after you get an AoE, but still keep in mind, taking on mutliple enemies at once means you will take much more damage. Try to ease your way in to the technique of ‘mobbing,’ ‘gathering’ or ‘tanking’ by taking on 2 monsters at first, then 3, etc.
  2. Damage, damage, damage
    • Damage is a very important part of using AoEs to complete your repeat quest. By this point, I would say it’s very essentially have have an upgraded weapon.  It’s hard to do much upgrading, so I would say only focus on your weapon, and rely on random drops for your armor. Getting more damage out in a shorter period of time means you won’t have to worry about the damage you take, and of course remember to carry and use potions.
  3. Summoners, no AoE?
    • Don’t worry, there is still advice to give you. Of course at level 22 you won’t really have much to go on. But at level 24 you will have the ability to get a Spirit of Goddess, which of course has an AoE stun. You can be very useful in parties, which is the best thing to do until you can get a full AoE. But for those two levels of 24-26, you can do some soloing as well, given you can stun a small group of monsters at once, picking them off with you and your Goddess.
===Levels 26+===

—> Class Skill Suggestions

This is just a little list that can be used as a suggestion.  For each class, at this point repeatable quest will be taken differently.  But a similar approach or method can be used for all.  It just depends on your skill sets of course.  So below I have the names of skills that can be used, in order, when doing repeatable quest.

As a concept, you would use these skills as they appear on the lists.  Usually, you will have kill most of all of the monsters by the end of the list, in which case, just pick a single target and use your nomal attack or single target skill to finish them off.  Of course in the event that there are still quite a few monsters left, just repeat the steps.  The cooldown times on your skills should have expired, allowing you to repeat the steps once more.

Keep in mind, these are just tips or suggestions, as to an efficient way to kill multiple monsters you have gathered together. Many people will find different ways of doing this, and so hopefully this can just be a good way to get you started, and you can build your own routine.

—> Soloing

  1. Round ’em up
    • At level 26 and above, you will start using stategies that will pretty much remain the same for the rest of the game. So things like ‘mobing’ or ‘gathering’ are very important. The concept is simple, you run close enough to monsters so that they attack you, and continue to run until you have what you consider enough following you.
      • Melee monsters will simply chase you, so as long as you keep moving, you will do just fine with them. Remember melee monsters will have a shorter range in which they follow you, so don’t run too far away.
      • Ranged(not magic) monsters can be treated 1 of 2 ways.  For some classes, ranged damage will hurt more, so it is best to run up to the monster, close enough to attack with a sword or melee weapon. Then, the monster will switch from ranged to melee, and will follow you just as the melee monsters do.
      • Magic monsters will always attack you from a distance, and they are a bit harder to gather or ‘mob.’
        • If you have a high enough defense, you can simply run far enough away, in which you go outside of their attack range, and they will move to follow you. Try to watch where they stop, and see if you can continue to move groups of magic monsters to a ‘central’ location, close enough for your AoE.
        • A simple trick is to hide behind an object. Trees, fence post, wagons, rocks, etc.  These are all things that will block the attack view of the monster, and cause them to run behind the object, bringing them within a close AoE range.
  2. It’s that time of the month, upgrade
    • Upgrades are very important at higher levels. Level 34 will be the last level at which you recieve a new level of armor.  So whether you use the craft armor or the standard drops, it is best to upgrade everything you have at this point. If you plan on using Cash Shop, now would be the time.  Having the upgraded armor and weapons will make a big difference in the time it takes you to complete the repeatable quest, and you will level faster. It is mainly recommended that you simply wait until level 34 to upgrade your armor, and only upgrading your weapon around level 16.

–> Parties

  1. Quantity versus Quality
    • Many people choose to do their repeatable quest by themselves, as they recieve more experience than they would in a group. But maybe you don’t have the best armor or an amazing weapon.  There is never a point when playing in a party becomes useless.  Partying up with friends can help you complete your repeatable quest faster, even though you may lose a little experience due to the sharing within your party. So, find a friend and continue to do your reps in groups as you will find, you can save time in doing this.
  2. I’ve got your back!
    • Usually at higher levels, players tend to ‘become the hero’ durring repeatable quest and go for a large group of monsters. Having a group, or even just one other player in your party can save your life durring repeatable quest. It’s always important to keep track of where your party members are, whether you need their help, or they needs yours.
  3. Know your role
    • In higher level parties for repeatable quest, or just hunting in general, you should pay attention to the other classes in your party, as well as what items and abilities they have. It is very essential to work together in a party to help ensure things go quickly, and no one has to die.
      • Always have at least 1 large-scale AoE for each designated ‘Tank’ you have available in your party.
      • Try to keep your stuns from overlapping other stuns used by your party members to help ensure you all take the least amount of damage.
      • If there is a priest in your party, try to stay within range and keep them aware of what is going on, so that you may receive support from them when needed. If you are the priest, make sure to watch your fellow party members. Keep track of their health and situation on the screen.

[Dungeons]

===Level 19 Dungeon===

  1. Work you way up the hill. After killing the [Warrior] Biram Orc Sorcerer, enemies will spawn behind you. Watch out!
  2. Activate the switch/lever on the right side of the cavern entrance and go in.
  3. Follow straight through the cavern, and activate the switch/lever at the end of the cavern.
  4. Turn back around, and take a right at the fork in the road.
  5. In the next room, take a right and activate the switch/lever, then turn around, taking another right in to the opened tunnel.
  6. Kill the Red Flame Goblin, which will open a new tunnel.
  7. Turn around, and take a right down to the newly opened tunnel
  8. In the next room, look on the left side for a switch/lever, and then continue fowards(after pulling of course).
  9. Kill the mini-boss, [Chief of Cobolt Laborers] Brom, but beware of his close range stun skill.
    • Slowly approach the room, and use a long range attack to kill the extra monsters in the room, allowing you to fight [Chief of Cobolt Laborers] Brom one versus one.
  10. Activate the switch/lever on the left side of that room, loacted on a rock post.
  11. Head back and then follow the path to the left, leading you in to the final room.
  12. Kill [Dark Orc] Kantas, and watch out for his slow and destroy weapon skills.
    • Carefuly kill the extra monsters in the room using long range attacks.  Make sure to have potions ready to fight [Dark Orc] Kantas one versus one, as he will transform in to another monster, lengthening the battle.
  13. He will then transform in to [Warrior] Iron Orc, with full HP again, but no special skills.
  14. After killing him, he’ll return to normal, then loot the body and exit using the portal.

Make sure to carry potions with you. Once you enter the dungeon, you will have to start over if you leave. Also try to refrain from dying, but if you do, you will just appear at the start and have to run back to the location you died to resurect.

===Level 29 Dungeon===
  1. Head towards the left side of the map, entering the large underground passage.
  2. You’ll head down the steps, and be faced with a gate. You must attack and ‘kill’ the gate for it to open.
  3. Continue through the next corridor, but move slowly, as monsters will be waiting on the sides to ambush you.
  4. After killing everything, pull the switch on the left side of the gate to continue.
    • Upon entering the center of the next room, ‘chasing’ enemies will spawn behind you.
  5. Kill everything in that room to open the next gate.
  6. In the next room, make your way to the left and right walls of the room, pulling the switch on each side to open the gate.
    • Each switch will spawn new mobs in the center of the room.
  7. Head in to the next room, and double click the post in the center of the room to open the next gate.
    • When you reach the center of the room, monsters will spawn around you.
    • Double clicking the post will also spawn more monsters around you.
  8. Head to the left side of the room, passing through the opened gate.
  9. In the next room, there are 3 gates. Go to the gate on the left side, and destroy the small post to the left of that gate.
  10. Pass through this ‘hallway’ and ‘kill’ the next gate by attacking it.
  11. Next room, kill mobs, then [Ancient Wizard] Kerges(Slow, squirel), 2 extra mob agro
  12. Pull the switch behind [Ancient Wizard] Kerges, which will open another of the 3 gates from before.
    • Kill the extra monsters in the room first. The closest two monsters to his sides, will be linked in ‘agro’ with [Ancient Wizard] Kerges and each other.
    • [Ancient Wizard] Kerges will have a slow debuff and the ability to turn you in to a squirel.
  13. On way back, new monsters will spawn in the hallway.
  14. Continue straight through the room with 3 gates, passing through the newly opened gate.
  15. In the next room, kill [General] Mateus. Make sure to loot his body for the required quest.
    • You can kill all the monsters around [General] Mateus before attacking him, as none of them are linked in any way.
    • [General] Mateus will have a destroy weapon debuff and the ability to stun you.
  16. Head back in to the room with 3 gates, and watch out for the newly spawned monsters in the hallway.
  17. Head through the 3rd and center gate, crossing over a bridge.
  18. There will be 4 switches, in the corners of the room. Pull all 4 switches to open the next gates.
    • Each two switches that are pulled will spawn new monsters in that room.
  19. In the next room, kill [Grave Lookout] Parke. The gate will already be open, but you must loot his body for a quest.
    • You can kill all of the monsters around [Grave Lookout] Parke first, as none of them are linked in any way.
    • [Grave Lookout] Parke will have the ability to blind you.
  20. Continue over the next bridge, go up the stairs and you will be back outside.
  21. Continue to follow the path, leading you towards the right, and turning up the hill.
  22. Near the very top, you will see [Ancient King] Solaperum(. Make sure to loot his body for the soul piece, required for the quest.
    • Only the [Solaperum] Chief Gatekeeper to the left of [Ancient King] Solaperum will agro with him. You may kill the rest of the monsters before you fight him.
    • [Solaperum] Chief Gatekeeper has the ability to knock you back, and send you running in an uncontrolable fear for a few seconds.
  23. Continue to the top of the hill, taking the Space-Time Portal to exit the dungeon.
This dungeon is most certainly the dungeon with the most lag. The majority of the dungeon is underground, but it is the environment and objects that make this instance laggy. Since you are not underground in a cave or something that is simply ground and terrain, the game is loading a large set of objects and textures, along with the normal monsters, and skill effects.  Before going down the steps, and after coming back outside, your lag should lessen, but durring your time inside, you will most likly experience a lot of latency and screen lag.
===Level 39 Dungeon===
  1. Look to your left, by Space-Time Portal. Talk to [Temporary Fortress Captain] Koagarfil and accept his quest to kill [Chief of Lahoor Tribe] Aptotu.
    • When you accept, monsters will spawn continuously for about 2 and 1/2 minutes, after which [Chief of Lahoor Tribe] Aptotu will spawn
    • Try not to run behind objects to hide or lose agro. If you lose the agro around when [Chief of Lahoor Tribe] Aptotu spawns, the dungeon can glitch, preventing you from being able to attack and complete the dungeon.
    • [Chief of Lahoor Tribe] Aptotu can stun and break weapon.
  2. Talk to [Temporary Fortress Captain] Koagarfil again to complete his quest, then accept his next quest to kill [Chief of Lahoor Tribe] Witch Seranis.
  3. Head west outside of the gate that has now opened up and proceed down the hill towards the right.
  4. Continue to follow the path until you reach the bottom of the slope. You will first notice some monsters: [Lahoor Tribe] Gremlin and [Lahoor Tribe] One-eye Ray to you left, along with [Chief of Lahoor Tribe] Witch Seranis.
    • If you are lucky and patient, [Chief of Lahoor Tribe] Witch Seranis will seperate from the group, and give you an opportunity to attack. None of the monsters agro with her, so if she does not seperate from the group, use a long range attack to pull out the monsters around her, one by one.
    • [Chief of Lahoor Tribe] Witch Seranis has the ability to blind you.
  5. Getting back on the path, continue in the northwest direction, until a new path branches off to the right.
  6. Take this path to the right, up a steep hill and then talk to [Temporary Patrol Soldier] Bao and complete the previous quest.
  7. Take [Temporary Patrol Soldier] Bao’s quest to kill [Verticalt Castle Dweller] Quick Man.
    • You will also see [Verticalt Castle Dweller] Strong Man and [Verticalt Castle Dweller] Experienced Man in the area ahead. They are very weak and a low level, so there is no need to attack them. Only attack the [Verticalt Castle Dweller] Quick Man.
    • If you attack [Verticalt Castle Dweller] Strong Man or [Verticalt Castle Dweller] Experienced Man, [Verticalt Guards] Holy Knight will spawn; one for each of those you attacked.
    • Each [Verticalt Guards] Holy Knight will have either a slowing or blinding special attack.  Unlike other dungeon monsters or enemies, [Verticalt Guards] Holy Knight will respawn.
  8. Make your way around this next area, killing all 5 of the [Verticalt Castle Dweller] Quick Man, then talk to [Temporary Patrol Soldier] Bao to complete his quest and accept the next quest to talk to [Temporary Patrol Soldier] Fienge.
  9. Heading east, going up the set of stairs and there you will find and talk to [Temporary Patrol Soldier] Fienge.
  10. Complete the previous quest and take [Temporary Patrol Soldier] Fienge’s quest to destroy 5 Magic Traps.
    • The traps use an AoE attack that deals 80 damage per second. This attack has a range of about 20 meters(in game). Try to keep a distance from these traps and use a ranged attack to destroy them. You can ‘stun’ the traps, which will prevent them from emitting the poison durring the length of your stun.
    • There will be various Craxion enemies around this next area, so try to kill them first before destroying each trap.
  11. After destroying all 5 traps, return to [Temporary Patrol Soldier] Fienge and complete her quest. Then accept the next quest to talk to [Secret Envoy of Chaos Esoteric Buddhist Sect] Charkervile.
  12. Head east, up either the left or right set of stairs.
    • There will be a large number of monsters and/or craxion enemies up either set of stairs. These enemies will agro together in large groups. Prepare your potions and be very careful.
    • Try to move slowly through this next section and kill the groups one by one before proceeding.
  13. You will find [Secret Envoy of Chaos Esoteric Buddhist Sect] Charkervile hiding under a tree up against the wall. Complete the previous quest and accept his quest to destroy the Gate of Darkness and kill [General of Lahoor Tribe] Guide of Death.
    • Once more, make sure to have killed everything in the area before destroying the Gate of Darkness.
    • Once the Gate of Darkness has been destroyed, [General of Lahoor Tribe] Guide of Death, [Chief of Lahoor Tribe] Witch Seranis, [Chief of Lahoor Tribe] Aptotu and 6 monsters will spawn.
    • Use the nearby trees to provide some cover from the ranged attacks. Try to eliminate the normal monsters first, then kill [Chief of Lahoor Tribe] Aptotu and [Chief of Lahoor Tribe] Witch Seranis.
    • [General of Lahoor Tribe] Guide of Death has the ability to send you running in an uncontrolable fear.
    • Once you have killed [General of Lahoor Tribe] Guide of Death make sure to loot the body to obtain the soul piece.
  14. Go back and talk to [Secret Envoy of Chaos Esoteric Buddhist Sect] Charkervile to complete his quest, then use the nearby Space-Time Portal to exit the dungeon.
This particular dungeon can give you quite some trouble if you are not careful.  This is the first dungeon which includes a small line of quest given within the dungeon. This means that if a mistake is made or glitch occurs, you may have to leave the dungeon, abandon the quest and start over.
===Level 49 Dungeon===
  1. To your left, you will see [Rose Civil Militia] Paul de Ben. Talk to him and accept his quest to rescue 10 hostages.
  2. Heading through the large overpass, you’ll notice several groups of men. These groups will agro together, so make sure to slowly take them 1 group at a time.
    • Through out this next area, there will be a total of 10 hostages, spread out and guarded. There are many ways you can go about this; I will simply help guide you by giving you the relative locations, inside of these castle walls.
      • Northeast corner
        • 1 [Black Knights] High Level Knight, 4 Soldiers
        • 1 Hostage

        • 2 Hostages
    • Each [Black Knights] High Level Knight has a ‘Bleed’ skill which causes constant damage over time.
  3. After rescuing all 10 hostages, you will find [Chief of Rose Civil Militia] Cordon in the southeast corner of the castle walls. Talk to him to complete the previous quest and accept his quest to rescue 10 captured mercenaries.
  4. Make your way back north, heading outside of the castle walls, and take a right, following the path.
  5. Heading east, you will soon notice a large cylindrical shaped tower to your right. Turn right after this tower.
    • In this next area, you will run in to groups guarding each of the captured mercenaries.
      • Northwest Tower
        • 1 [Brain Washed] Broa Squad Leader, 1 [Chaotic] Wizard, 1 [Brain Washed] Broa Soldier
        • 2 Mercenaries, at the top of the tower
      • Middle East (Part 1)

        • 1 Mercenary, at the top of the tower
      • Middle North
        • 2 [Brain Washed] Broa Squad Leaders, 2 [Brain Washed] Broa Soldier, 3 [Brain Washed] Wanderer, 1 [Chaotic] Wizard
        • 2 Mercenaries
    • Each [Brain Washed] Broa Squad Leader has the ability to blind you, send you running in an uncontrolable fear, and a Deadly Poison skill that does constant damage over time.
  6. After rescuing all 10 of the mercenaries, make your way to the most southern end of this area and you will find [Fatum Mercenary Team Leader] Bazloo. Complete the previous quest and then accept his next quest to activate 5 .
    • As soon as you complete the previous quest, the environment around you will change. The forest will be on fire, and new fire-based monsters will appear in the area.
    • The burning parts of the forest should be avoided, as they will inflict constant damage to you.
  7. Now make your way back through this area of the forest, and activate each of the .
    • Southern End of the Forest
      • This Extinguisher will be right beside [Fatum Mercenary Team Leader] Bazloo.
    • Southest Corner of the Forest
      • This Extinguisher will be just east of [Fatum Mercenary Team Leader] Bazloo, in the most southeatern corner of the forest.
    • Center Tower
      • There will be an Extinguisher at the top of the tower in the center of this forest area.
    • Southwest Corner of the Forest
      • This Extinguisher will be on the more western end, between a small and medium sized tent.
    • Middle West
      • This Extinguisher will be between two tents.
  8. One you have activated all 5 , talk to [Fatum Mercenary Team Leader] Bazloo once more, completing the quest. Then accept his next quest to go talk to [Bazloo’s Shadow] Jamook.
  9. Heading northeast, out of this area, you will be taken back to the very first path once more. You will then see the Space-Time Portal and [Bazloo’s Shadow] Jamook.
  10. After talking to [Bazloo’s Shadow] Jamook, you will then be given a quest to kill [Gate Keeper] Preto, and then kill [Corrupted] Skud and his 4 Guardians.
    • You can kill each of the 4 Guardians before you reach [Corrupted] Skud, allowing you to have a much more fair fight, and an easier one at that.
    • [Gate Keeper] Preto has the ability to slow your movement speed and blind you.
  11. After killing [Gate Keeper] Preto, the large barrier in front of you will fall, and you can enter the next area. These next steps will help you defeat each of the 4 Guardians, allowing you an easier final fight with [Corrupted] Skud.
    • Take a left and follow the path through this area which leads you eastward. The path will narrow, then once the area opens up, you will have several directions to go.
    • Take a left up the slight hill to fight [Skud’s Guardian] Montue.
      • [Skud’s Guardian] Montue has the ability to destroy your weapons power temporarily, and stun you.
    • After killing [Skud’s Guardian] Montue, head back to the more open area, and take the other path, which heads in a southward direction. After heading up this slight hill, you’ll be faced with an eastern and southeastern path. Take a left, going down the eastern path to fight [Skud’s Guardian] Shirnits.
      • [Skud’s Guardian] Shirnits has a Deadly Poison skill that causes constant damage over time. She also has the ability to cause you to run around in an uncontrolable fear.
    • After killing [Skud’s Guardian] Shirnits, head back to your last area, so that you may take the southeastern path, leading you to fight [Skud’s Guardian] Precie.
      • [Skud’s Guardian] Precie has the ability to free you in place as well as the ability to remove all of your buffs and beneficial effects.
    • After killing [Skud’s Guardian] Precie, you can take a slight shortcut and head in the southwest direction, going over a slight ledge, leading you to the area of the final Guardian. In the southwest corner of this area, you will find [Skud’s Guardian] Wens.
      • [Skud’s Guardian] Wens has the ability to knock you back. She also has a Deadly Poison skill that does constant damage over time.
    • After killing [Skud’s Guardian] Wens, [Corrupted] Skud will be left without his Guardians, giving you an easier fight.
  12. Simply make your way north again, and after passing through a large stone structure with 4 pillars, you will notice another similar stucture to your left, in the southeast direction.
  13. Make your way up this winding road, where at the top of this hill, you will find [Corrupted] Skud and a few smaller monsters.
    • These monsters will attack in groups, and all of the monsters on the platform with [Corrupted] Skud seemed to be linked. You will need to use an AoE attack on the staircase and try lure as many normal monsters away as you can, killing them off until you are faced with only [Corrupted] Skud.
    • [Corrupted] Skud has the ability to turn you in to a squirel, preventing you from using any type of skill or attack. He can also slow your movement speed and has a very powerful single-shot attack which does a set amount of damage, being 304 damage.
    • Make sure to loot [Corrupted] Skud and pick up his Soul Piece.
  14. After killing [Corrupted] Skud, make your way north again, heading back to the Space-Time Portal. Make sure you talk to [Bazloo’s Shadow] Jamook and turn in his quest. Then simply use the Space-Time Portal and exit the dungeon.
[Repeatable Quest NPC Reference]
One thing I have noticed, would be players asking, “Where are the next reps?” or “Who do I turn in my vouchers to?”  Well, I thought it would be nice to compile a list of each Repeatable quest NPC, the location, as well as the NPC you turn in the vouchers to and his/her location.
